Beautiful and peaceful location. The hotel is impressive both inside and out, clearly well‑maintained. Exceptionally attentive staff — always cheerful, helpful, and genuinely engaged. Room service was excellent. A place I can truly recommend.

Great choice for a central stay in Tokyo
Pros:

A nice 4 star hotel at the heart of Tokyo, close to the Imperial Palace and main government buildings. Nice breakfasts, spacious bedrooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

The bathroom is open plan with the toilet separate. Might make it uncomfortable if sharing
