Expérience réussie !
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, de nombreux points accessibles à pieds et à proximité du tramway. Établissement très accueillant, personnel à l'écoute et dont la préoccupation est la satisfaction client. De plus chambre propre, belle vue sur la ville et franchement le bruit extérieur est quasi inexistant. Le service transport Taxi est top également.

Je tenais à remercier chaleureusement l'hôtel Kenzi pour l'excellent séjour que j'ai passé au sein de votre établissement. Tout était absolument parfait, à commencer par l'accueil du personnel qui s'est montré d'une grande gentillesse et toujours à l'écoute. La propreté irréprochable et le calme des lieux ont également rendu ce moment très ressourçant, sans oublier le petit-déjeuner qui était délicieux et particulièrement varié.
Je tiens à adresser un immense merci tout particulier à monsieur Adil, le chef de rang au restaurant. Sa gentillesse incroyable, sa bienveillance et ses attentions de chaque instant ont vraiment fait toute la différence. C'est un professionnel remarquable et d'une grande générosité qui prend soin des clients avec un cœur immense.
Merci encore à lui et à toute l'équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Hotel consigliatissimo! La posizione è ottima e centrale, la struttura garantisce una pulizia impeccabile e camere spaziosa e silenziose, ideali per riposare. Il valore aggiunto è la vista grandiosa sulla città e sulla splendida Moschea.Nota di merito per l'ottima prima colazione, ricca e varia, e per l'estrema gentilezza di tutto il personale, sempre accogliente e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Room was large and comfortable. Air-conditioningthe g system was very good,as we like it.
Concierge Hisham was very helpful and he cud speak a smattering of Hindi language.
But location of hotel was not great.

Pros:

Central location but quiet. The staff were exceptional and catered to ever need going above and beyond in preparing breakfast to go, when we had an early morning departure. There was plenty of room for a large family to stay in one room which we found to be unusual in Morocco.

FORMIDABLE
Pros:

Tout, de la gentillesse du personnel ( un grand merci à Mr Hicham Ayoub pour nous avoir faciliter nos visites avec ses conseils et sa bienveillance). Les chambres sont grandes, de l’eau et des gâteaux tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Avec du personnel souriant. L’emplacement est au centre a pied de tout et les transports à côté.
