Wonderful experience
Pros:

Actually I passed a good time there with my group, I loved the experience and everything , their hospitality and the kindness of the whole staff , and what i loved most was the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of all the services, I truly had a wonderful time.

El bar/lounge del primer piso, oscuro, con luces de colores, con muy poca oferta de cosas que se podían pedir.
De parte del personal: poca comunicación acerca del funcionamiento del hotel.

Fantastic location, great staff, beautiful and clean room
Pros:

My room had a fantastic view, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was wonderful, specially Abid at the restaurant, he always treated me with great respect and was very accommodating.

Freundliches Personal, die Lage, 24 h Rezeption, Geld Wechsel. Frühstück. Wasser im Zimmer, Willkommen Kekse.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücken haben wir nach Sprudel verlangt, war nicht kostenlos.

En general, el hotel cumplió con lo prometido y con el servicio que ofrece. La habitación era espaciosa y desde nuestra ventana podíamos ver la Mezquita Hassan. El personal fue amable, el desayuno excelente y la habitación muy limpia. Nos gustó todo.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos convenció del todo fue la ubicación. Está al lado de un mercado y de la medina, que es extremadamente sucia y huele mal. La música sonaba a todo volumen hasta medianoche, lo que dificultaba conciliar el sueño si uno quería acostarse temprano.
