Eigenlijk alles: het pand, de kamer, de buurt en de vriendelijke mensen.
A localizacao é fantastica. O hotel é muito bom, muita praticidade. A comida é boa, ambiente cheiroso e confortavel. Cama confortavel, limpeza impecavel.
Havia uma luz de segurança em cima da porta do quarto que nao tem como apagar, horrível tentar dormir e uma luz acesa dentro do quarto. A TV nao é smart e o split poderia ter a opção de gelar mais.
Breakfast was superb, great variety. Location is excellent - center of Barcelona, next to everything. The room was great size and quiet. The terrace on level 8 is amazing. The gym is great (esp. for a hotel gym). Very nice swimming pool to cool down. Also housekeeping in Axel was really excellent - room was made to high standard every day.
A few details that need to be ironed out for this hotel to become a place of excellence: Check-in and check-out are quite slow. Room service doesn't pick up the phone (nor return messages). Reaching reception is also on the difficult side. The coffee maker was put in a location where there is no socket. I had to put it on the floor. Mugs provided were of such size that couldn't really fit the coffer maker.

La taille des chambres dites “supérieures”. La climatisation dans le bar du 7eme et l’incompétence des serveurs, certains ne savaient pas faire de cocktails.
