Struttura super comoda per posizione e con servizi completi.
Pros:

Struttura completa di tutti i servizi e situata in una posizione centrale e super comoda per spostarsi sia a piedi che tramite i mezzi pubblici; palestra completa anche con sauna compresa, colazione ricca ma con proposte non tutte di qualità alta. Staff super disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Forse come detto unica piccola pecca sta nella non ottima proposta a colazione di dolci.

A Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I had an exceptional stay at Axel Hotel Barcelona! Roberto at the reception was absolutely wonderful — incredibly helpful, charming, kind, and always welcoming.
The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were fantastic, and the location was perfect. Everything made my stay truly enjoyable.

Pros:

My first stay in a 'gay' hotel .
I did wonder if I may feel out of place as an older person, however this wasn't the case as there were other mature guests staying , and staff seemed welcoming and pleasant to all.
My stay was Sunday to Wednesday in November, I think I would still have reservations of not fitting in , on weekends in the summer ! With that said , it may be more my problem than anything else. My stay was just what I wanted it to be, and the location is great for visiting the local neighbourhood or heading off to see the famous landmarks etc.
There was a very well stocked mini bar (I didn't use) and a capsule coffee maker (I used a lot) and also a kettle .
For security there is also a free to use room safe.
There are humorously written rules/notices around the hotel to give a message in a relaxed way.

Cons:

I did not like the glass walled bathroom, though there were curtains fitted .
I had the room to myself so it was not a major issue for me .
Friends sharing a room may not like this set up.

Noch gut, aber für das Gebotene etwas teuer

Die Lage und Frühstück waren toll.
Und das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Internet (Wifi) problemlos, schnell genug für Streaming.
Garage im die Ecke (vielleicht 150 Meter entfernt).

Cons:

So gut wie keine Ablageplätze im Badezimmer, die Toiletten-Tür konnte man nur mit etwas Akrobatik schließen.
Man merkt auch, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Preisleistungs-technisch ist das Hotel nicht mehr ganz ausgewogen, eher etwas zu teuer.

I love the hotel. It was so perfect. I never seen a hotel the staff so friendly like that they are smiling helping me the location. It was perfect. Very nice room city view specially in the lobby all the stuff they speaking English.And thanx for Adrián

Die Lage ist top. Das war für uns der Hauptgrund für die Buchung.

Cons:

Adults only, na ja. Die Zimmer waren okay, das Frühstück war übersichtlich. Der fitnessraum ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist winzig. Roof-top-Terrasse ist bei gutem Wetter sicher gut, haben wir aber nicht genutzt bei 20-23 Grad.

Hôtel satisfaisant mais pas 100% gay comme le dit la pub
Pros:

Hôtel que nous connaissions déjà et que nous avons choisi pour son emplacement et sa propreté..les chambres sont confortables.les horaires arrivée/départ sont très bien.
La piscine en roof top ...le spa est agréable

Cons:

1/L'accès au spa qui n'est valable qu'une heure sur toute la durée du séjour..ensuite 20 eur de l'heure par personne...excessif vu le prix de l'hôtel sachant que nous y sommes allés une fois 40 min maximum et qu'il est agréable après des journées de promenade de pouvoir se détendre 30 min dans la piscine intérieure et faire un petit hammam...sans en abuser..
2/les relances avec supplément pour choisir sa chambre...il y a 3 catégorie de chambre avec des tarifs disponibles à la réservation.. pourquoi relancer 2 fois pour choisir une chambre standard....
3/dernier point...ce n'est plus un hôtel gay comme dans le passé... beaucoup d'heterosexuels de tout âges ce qui est décevant lorsque l'on choisit un hôtel gay...
