Location is amazing.
The fact you have to pay to use the spa is a bummer. Breakfast is expensive and not a good quality; the orange juice was spoiled.
The bed is really not comfortable, felt like cardboard boxes with a sheet on.

The position and the staff were the best things. It'a just 10 minutes way from Passeig de Gracia and one of Gaudi's houses. The gents were very kind and polite and they are very supportive no matter which gender you are.
Facilities could be improved, since the TV wasn't working and there was a leak in the bathroom.
I think if they had weekly checks throughout the hotel maybe a floor per day also housekeeping could help and contact their handyman.

Cama da casal são duas de solteiro grudadas, com um espaço no meio. É desconfortável. Roupa de cama de baixa qualidade e travesseiros ruins. Quarto sem qualquer iluminação natural.
L’emplacement de l’établissement est vraiment parfait, les grands axes sont accessibles à pied.
Le personnel est super sympa et à l’écoute.
Les chambres sont très propres et certaines disposent d’un petit balcon qui donne sur la rue principale mais reste très calme de nuit.
Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas digne d’une 4 étoiles.
Le SPA est sombre et vétuste.
La piscine fait la taille d’un bassin pour enfant.
Le check-in s’est fait avec 1h de retard …

The sraff were very friendly and helpful.
It is not clear from the Booking.com listing that this hotel is quite explicit. We were not exoecting that. On arrival the reception was like a nightclub and the rooms had condoms as well as the usual shower gel, etc. - the listing on Booking.com is misleading.
Breakfast was OK, the hot food was tepid.
There were marks and scuffs on the walls in the room and the furniture and in the hallway that gave it a worn feeling.
Vriendelijk personeel, leuke buurt en goede verbinding naar andere delen van de stad.
Sommige voeding van het buffet was redelijk droog door langere tijd te liggen, wij gingen meestal tussen 9u30 en 10u00. Wel voldoende keuze. Harde matrassen.

The location is amazing right in the middle of Eixample. Obviously, being in an LGBT+ hotel is a very welcoming experience and we felt like this was a (almost..) no attitude space. The staff is excellent!!!!
