Wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad, ik kan iedereen dit hotel aanraden!
Pros:

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ook bij het ontbijt heel attent en oplettend.
De bushalte vlakbij dus makkelijk te reizen naar het centrum van Leeuwarden.

Cons:

Een extra kussen in de kast zou fijn zijn
Onze badkamer rook alsof iemand daar sigaren had gerookt, als de schoonmaakster dat opmerkt zouden er wellicht geurstokjes in gezet kunnen worden?

Booking.com erg slecht te bereiken. Contact gezocht met booking.com maar dan krijg je digitale hulp. Gelukkig kon bastion hotel ons helpen

Gezellig verblijf geweest
Pros:

Zeker de ligging, maar ook de kamers zijn netjes en zuiver. Eten is redelijk tot goed.

Cons:

Het bar personeel is graag in de keuken maar voor mij niet bijzonder erg. Zijn wel mensen die zich daaraan storen.

Een aangenaam verblijf met een paar kleine minpuntjes.
Pros:

Dat het een fatsoenlijk hotel was, met een prima ontbijt, op loopafstand van de stad. We hoefden dus bijvoorbeeld niet in de stad te parkeren. Voor andere plaatsen in Friesland was het een goede uitvalsbasis.

Cons:

Er was één klein nachtkastje dat we gebruikten om het koffer op te leggen (want daarin was niet voorzien. En dan moet je je spulletjes zoals je telefoon of je bril op de grond leggen… En: er was wel héél weinig en zwak licht. Je kunt er niet bij lezen.
