Bastionhotel met slechte koffie!
Pros:

De kamer, ruim en netjes.

Cons:

Weinig personeel voor in te checken
Ongezellig restaurant
En een zeer dure koffie uit een automaat wat niet te drinken is heel weinig en dan 4,50 afrekenen!
Ingang met de auto niet te vinden, via een fietspad kom je er. Vanaf de snelweg niet te zien, staat een verbod bord behalve voor Bastion . Heel onduidelijk te lezen vanaf de snelweg!

Pros:

Fijne kamer, erg lekker liggend matras, goede douche.

Cons:

Maar één klein dingetje. Er waren in de badkamer twee grote handdoeken aanwezig. Ze lagen echter op een heel hoge plank. Ik kon er niet bij. Afgedroogd met een klein lapje.

De locatie!

Cons:

Het hotel werd zeer onduidelijk aangegeven waardoor wij het hotel minder goed konden vinden. De kamer was opzich prima, maar er lagen haren in de douche bij aankomst. Het matras was smerig met vlekken erop en de kussens waren volledig geel van kleur. S avonds rond 23.30 uur was de bar al gesloten en werden wij verplicht om al naar onze kamer te gaan. Wat ons opviel was dat er personeelstekort was. Er liep één collega die het ontbijt moest regelen. Dit was echt te weinig personeel voor zoveel bezoekers. Wij hadden gehoord van andere bezoekers dat de kamer bij aankomst nog niet bewchikbaar was en zij hier een geruime tijd op moesten wachten.

Hte hotel was super, het ontbijt zou ik overslaan.

De kamers zijn zeer ruim en schoon.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was zeer matig. Er was niet heel veel keus en toen wij aankwamen waren een aantal dingen al op en werden niet meer bijgevuld. Het ontbijt was tot half 11 maar de koffie machine en de sapmachines gingen om 10 uur al uit. Toen er gevraagd werd waarom, werd gezegd dat het ontbijt om 10 uur sloot. Dit klopt niet met de informatie op de website en die we met de check in kregen. Nadat ook iemand anders dezelfde vraag had gesteld, ging plots een van de machines toch weer aan.

we mochten vanaf 14u inchecken maar konden uiteindelijk pas na 16u op de kamer. 1 man personeel fie alles moest regelen aan de receptie, zorg voor voldoende personeel of bied in ieder geval wat te drinken aan als je miet wachten

Fantastisch hotel - niet makkelijk te vinden.
Pros:

Personeel heel aardig, goed ontbijt, goede bedden en schoon.

Cons:

De afslag naar het hotel en parkeerplaats was niet makkelijk te vinden, deze leek op een fietspad. Betere aanduiding had geholpen.
