Excellent experience in a great hotel with very good staff and facilities..
Pros:

The property was excellent in every aspect. Comfortable, clean, up to date. With great food and drinks in the restaurant and bar. I hadn’t expected the level of satisfaction that I experienced. Staff were really good.The underground garage was a brilliant and very welcome facility to park my motorcycle in.

Cons:

Nothing much but it is a bit remote from the city centre… 15 euros outward from the hotel and 26 euros return… not cheap….

Kamer niet schoongemaakt
Pros:

Bedden waren breder dan normaal. Douche was goed. Kluisje, Koelkastje en Nespresso op de kamer.

Cons:

Ik had een tweedaags verblijf. Toen ik 's-avonds in mijn hotelkamer aankwam bleek dat de kamer niet was schoongemaakt. We hadden maar één klein flesje zeep gekregen en die was op; dus we moesten zonder zeep douchen. Ook waren de Nespresso cupjes op, dus geen koffie 's-ochtends. Bij navraag bij de receptie zeiden ze dat dat beleid was. Ik had expliciet moeten vragen om mijn kamer schoon te maken. Het uitsluitend engelstalige personeel was ook niet ontvankelijk voor een klacht daarover.

mooi modern hotel met prima restaurant
Pros:

mooie kamer en badkamer en prima bedden. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant voor het diner. Ook dit was prima verzorgt.

Zeer net hotel met goede service, parkeergelegenheid en uiterst comfortabele bedden.

Cons:

Aparte geur op de kamer, leek op oude rook. Niks van gemaakt, dus geen idee hoe men dit opgelost zou hebben. Google Maps heeft moeite met de juiste route naar het hotel aan te geven. Dit ligt buiten de macht van het hotel, maar kan wel zoekverkeer opleveren.
