Spa Hours:
Thursday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00

Children's hours:
Thursday and Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 17:00
Saturdays from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00
Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00

The circuit lasts 1 hour in order to meet the cleaning requirements between the users of each shift. We recommend that you contact the hotel in advance to reserve a time. Otherwise, it will be necessary to adapt to the available schedules.

Pets up to 20 kg are accepted for a supplement of €18 per night. Higher weighing consult with the hotel.

La amplitud de la habitación. La limpieza.

Cons:

Las cortinas pasaban toda la claridad por los laterales, no había manera de que cerrasen bien. Después nos pasó una cosa que es la primera vez en mi vida que me pasa, y no es que haya estado en pocos hoteles... A las 12:00 en punto, ni un minuto había pasado nos llamaron de recepción para que dejásemos la habitación. Ya sé que esa es la hora máx de salida, pero cinco minutos de cortesía creo que no es nada excepcional.

Bien.
Pros:

El personal de recepción era muy agradable. Al igual que el personal del restaurante, la empleada de el restaurante nos atendió de maravilla a pesar que tenían dos grupos de 90 o 100 personas.
El spa fue muy reparador, tras hacer una en las etapas más largas del camino sanabrés.

Cons:

La poquísima luz de las habitaciones. No sé las demás habitaciones pero nos tocó una que el secador no funcionaba y tampoco funcionaba el desagüe del lavabo.

PARA MÍ HIJO DE 14 AÑOS, LO MEJOR DEL CAMINO
Pros:

Como peregrina el spa, habitaciones y cuartos de baños muy amplios. El personal sin excepción, todos muy profesionales

Cons:

Pensaba que estaba más cerca del Camino, sabiendo que esa etapa son 22 kms aprox,
