Pros:

We were visiting Pukekohe so it was nice and handy, something like 10-12 km's. Nice place and comfortable.

Cons:

Slight musty smell in the room, possibly a pipe leaking under the unit or in the wall somewhere.
Worth while for the owners to investigate.

Mooie locatie met goede parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Tv werkte niet naar later bleek was de stekker eruit die achter de gordijnen zat.
De Fanta uit de automaat was 2 maanden over de houdbaarheidsdatum.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

We hadden fietsen bij ons en konden de auto bij het hotel laten staan op een ruime parkeerplaats. Prima ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel wat erg behulpzaam was.

Cons:

Er werd niet gereageerd op een vraag via mail over de betaling. Maar dat gaat volgens mij niet naar de vestiging maar naar het hoofdkantoor van Bastion hotels

Pros:

Maybe the best thing there was the price. But it is also fair and related to the distance to city centre. The staff was good.

Cons:

I did not like the communication with the hotel. I sent them tons of messages with just one reply (the one for the booking). I also did not like the softness of the mattress. The fire alarm was triggered two or three times during my stay.

ontbijt was prima personeel bij het ontbijt erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

personeel bij aankomst 10-10-2026 18.15 uur onvriendelijk en ongeinteresserd
de oprit naar de parking was niet duidelijk aangegeven
de badkamer was wel erg klein

De locatie was prima, gratis parking echte bonus
Hotel is wel ok, wat kleine badkamer, maar uitstekende douche.

Restaurant, er liep heel veel fout en diner ondermaats
