Dik in orde
Pros:

Prima kamer en prima onderhouden. Het hotel ligt vlak bij een Mac Do en dat hoor je. Maar ondanks nabijheid van druk verkeer is het heel rustig slapen.
We troffen geëngageerde en enthousiaste mensen om ons in te checken en te cateren. Goed gedaan!

Cons:

Beetje anonieme buurt, maar goed gelegen voor de doorreiziger.

nonostante avessi pagato in anticipo le 2 stanze con la colazione inclusa, me ne hanno addebitata nuovamente 1 in fase di check out usando senza il mio permesso la carta di credito che avevo utilizzato la sera prima per pagare la cena. alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni per l'addebito ricevuto mi hanno risposto che probabilmente era uno spam senza nemmeno controllare. ora dovrò perdere un sacco di tempo per recuperare i soldi, capisco che gli errori possano succedere, ma un servizio clienti così scarso non l'avevo mai trovato.

Schlechter Service und mangelnde Sauberkeit. Leider eine große Enttäuschung.
Cons:

Wir haben für zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby rund 175 € bezahlt. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

Die Kopfkissenbezüge rochen stark nach Körpergeruch und wirkten, als wären sie nicht gewechselt worden. Das fanden wir sehr unhygienisch. Als ich das an der Rezeption ansprach, drückte man mir lediglich zwei Kissen mit frischen Bezügen in die Hand. Niemand brachte sie aufs Zimmer – ich musste sie selbst mitnehmen.

Laut unserer Buchung war das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass wir kein Frühstück bekommen. Auf unsere Nachfrage zeigte die Managerin keinerlei Interesse an einer Lösung. Stattdessen wurden wir aufgefordert, den Frühstücksraum zu verlassen.

Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit erwartet. Wir würden dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ik denk dat het personeel van Bastion kan weten wat er daar snachts gebeurd want je kan niet zomaar het hotel in of uit.

Hele nacht af en aanloop van mensen die afspraak hadden met een dame die met sex haar geld verdiende en daarbij veel gegil / gekreun gebruikte . Gooien met deuren en kloppen en schuiven met bedden.
Tevens deden meerdere lampen het niet en geen bad en doucheputje zat gevaarlijk los

Die Zimmer hinten heraus sind direkt an Bahngleisen. Trotz Vorhängen und geschlossenen Fenstern wird man Morgens um 5 von der Sonne und den Zügen geweckt.
