Am Empfang freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Unfreundliche Dame beim Frühstück. Wir hatten am Samstag das Frühstück auf den Tipp der Empfangsdame vom Freitag für Sonntag reserviert und bekamen eine ausgedruckte Bestätigung vom Empfangsherrn. Die Dame beim Frühstück hat sofort rumgemurrt dass wir nicht aufgeführt sind und hat bei der Rezeption trotz Bestätigung nachgefragt und uns dann gerufen, dass es nicht stimmt und wir kommen sollen. Die Empfangsdame hat abgewunken und dann bestätigt das es OK ist. Die Dame hat dann wieder rumgemurrt das da nichts steht als hätten wir die Schuld dafür.

L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la gare de Winterthur. En revanche, le parking est assez cher, la salle du bain est un peu petite et la porte fait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu’elle se ferme.
