I didn't like much. The pool was nice except it was too packed.
The very narrow stair case going up to the room. Also no door security chain/latch. There's no door or anything at the top of the stairs. I had to go buy a baby gate because my young special needs child got out several times. The ac only kind worked. It was 80 degrees in the room until about 10 pm then it started to drop. There was a large party at the pool with lots of drinking and people were having set in front of children in the hot tub.
“I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the location was good and the housekeeping staff kept the room clean, I had repeated issues with my room key not working, which meant multiple frustrating trips to the front desk. The bigger concern was finding a flying cockroach in my room, even on my bed. When I showed a photo to the front desk, instead of an apology, I was told I must have left the door or window open, which didn’t seem reasonable. A clean room and good location matter, but so do reliable room access and respectful customer service. I hope the hotel improves both maintenance issues and the way staff handle guest concerns.

Location good, quiet at night. Nice pool and large jacuzzi kept very clean
We liked space in the room, the fridge and the bathroom extras. We loved reading the lovely book in the room. Air conditioning great.
Pool opening hours were limited - wanted an early swim.

Great location for getting around Palm Springs. The suite was so spacious. Also, good sized bathroom & nice to have an equipped kitchen. Pool was very clean.
