The room was fine, up on the 13th floor, and because we paid extra our breakfast was included as were afternoon hors d'oeuvres and evening desserts. Also, downstairs where breakfast was served, snacks were available anytime - free!
Not the hotel's fault, but construction was taking place nextdoor on a highrise and that required following a path around to reach the front of the hotel. After doing it the first time, it became easy. The location was otherwise perfect, accessible to many things in the area within a short walk.
La camera assegnata aveva un problema col rumore del motore del condizionatore, hanno provato a risolvere alla fine abbiamo cambiato camera
Great staff, great rooms, very accommodating.
The construction around the hotel made it difficult to navigate around, but that’s not on them.
Very central and clean
The outlet is so messed up, not working at all
The hotel is situated just a quarter of a mile from the harbour and is within easy walking distance of many of the sights of Victoria. The staff are welcoming and service at the front desk is prompt. Our room was large with a very comfortable king size bed and there was good storage space for our clothes. We found the air conditioning noisy so we shut it off. Unfortunately there was the sound of a pump all night which was a bit obtrusive when trying to sleep. We used the restaurant in the hotel for our breakfast and I thought the choice of breakfast very good and very good value for money. I had “The Canadian”every morning as this was a full breakfast including coffee for only 32 CAD (£17 at current exchange rates). I enjoyed our stay and am happy to recommend it.
Excellent location. Good pool. Happy with housekeeping
Body wash in shower smells bad
Great stay and location for a visit of Victoria
Very central location, close to harbourfront, swimming pool. Great rooms and bedding.
Room was clean and staff were all extremely kind and accommodating. We all had a lovely visit, and couldnt ask for a better location.
The chlorine in the pool was too strong
Great location, comfortable beds, helpful staff

Lovely hotel in good location in Victoria, able to walk around easily. Valet parking available as well as self-park option.
Check in and check out straightforward.
Great room service, decent range of food, served promptly.
Room was well maintained and modern, pillows and beds very comfortable, plenty of plug sockets. WiFi reliable and quick enough.
Indoor pool well maintained and good size for city hotel

We enjoyed our stay here. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. They gave a $5 discount on self-parking if you're a Marriott Bonvoy member. Parkade and spots were easy to navigate in (not like some where it's twisty and narrow). Our room was a big corner King. Bathrooms were a very decent size so the two of us were able to get ready comfortably without elbowing each other.
I ate at the restaurant one night while my other half visited his old buddies from his old 'hood. I had the chicken rice bowl (gochujang flavor) and it was very very good.
Housekeeping was friendly, and we had two complimentary water bottles in our fridge the first day. It didn't get restocked though.
Only a small nit - I found a blonde hair in our bed and neither of us are blondes.
Overall, the stay was good and I'll give it 5* since it is a very decent hotel in Victoria.
We only stayed here as the hotel hosts Le Petir Chef (see review) but the hotel was good quality Marriott with efficient valet parking and friendly staff. Smallish bath tub typical of many Canadian hotels.
Tres bon accueil. Le personnel au restaurant est tres attentif et les plats sont tres copieux
