We stayed 8 or 9 nights and honestly, it was difficult to leave. PARADISE
Pros:

The property is right on the beach. And our room had a view of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond for us. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend and the staff helped me create a really special night for us. I really cannot stress enough how amazing the staff is: each and every person there. The beach is gorgeous and clean and amazing.

Cons:

We went during the World Cup and honestly there was only one thing I didn't like: We had to leave the property to see any of the games. It was nice to go out into town to watch a game or two, but it would have been nice if the hotel had had a spot for us to watch them. This is probably the only thing I can complain about.

Pros:

We had a wonderful, incredibly peaceful stay. The room was much larger than expected, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. One of my favorite features was the shower—it was spacious and had a rainfall showerhead, which made it feel especially relaxing.

Having access to a kitchen and shared living room was also a great touch. The location was a highlight as well. The ocean directly in front of the property is calm, clear, and surprisingly uncrowded, which made the setting feel very private and peaceful. The food was another standout. Both the included breakfast and everything we ordered from the menu were incredible.

A few things to keep in mind: it’s about a 20-minute walk to downtown, and the streets can flood when it rains, so be prepared for that. There are a few restaurants within about a five-minute walk, which is convenient. Also, there are no TVs in the rooms, if that’s something that matters to you.

Overall, this was a beautiful, relaxing stay, and the peaceful location, comfortable room, and fantastic food made it a place we’d happily return to.

Bel hôtel (façon maison privée) mais peut mieux faire.
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable.
L’emplacement est isolé, idéal pour les gens qui souhaitent le calme (moins pratique pour sortir au restaurant ou profiter de la vie nocturne de l’île).

Cons:

200 pesos pour rejoindre où que ce soit sur l’île.
Le petit déjeuner n’est que partiel, il faut payer pour ajouter un jus ou un plat.

Très bel endroit isolé mais facile d’accès, personnel adorable. Grand qualité de service.

Le personnel, le fait qu’il n’y ait pas beaucoup de chambres, les couchers de soleil

Un coin de paradis à Holbox !
Pros:

Absolument tout était parfait ! Le lieu est magnifique, avec une vue directe sur la plage et accès privatif, piscine très agréable.
A seulement 10 minutes en taxi quad du centre ville.
Le personnel est tres gentil, bienveillant et au petit soin

Mucho más que un Hotel
Pros:

Hemos pasado unos días en Casa Punta Coco y la experiencia ha sido de 10. La habitación tenía unas vistas al mar espectaculares y la piscina es un auténtico remanso de paz, perfecta para relajarse mientras disfrutas del paisaje.

Todo el personal nos ha tratado de maravilla: siempre atentos, amables y pendientes de que no nos faltara nada, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia.

La comida también nos ha encantado. Desayunamos, comimos y cenamos en el hotel y todo estaba delicioso. Se nota el cuidado tanto en la elaboración como en el servicio.

Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos a cualquiera que busque tranquilidad, buen ambiente, unas vistas increíbles y una atención excelente. ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial!
