Stunning little hotel in paradise
Pros:

Absolutely stunning little hotel, located directly the beach.
Our room was spacious with a little balcony and had everything you need for a short stay.
The hotel has a little beach bar, where you can relax, have cocktails, cold drinks or something to eat. We also chose to have our breakfast here early in the morning and had dinner a few times and the food was amazing!
The pool area in the main part of the hotel has a little whirlpool and a few sunbeds with umbrellas but we preferred the stunning beach and ocean.
What really sold us was the staff! Everyone was super nice and helpful, you could reach someone via WhatsApp chat and almost immediately get a response every single time.
We loved it so much that we extended our stay.

A decoração, o ambiente, a comida e a praia.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço é muito fraco. têm muitas melgas, deviam defumar mais vezes e ter repelente de emergência, no hotel na ilha cozumel tinha para os hóspedes. Não têm bicicletas de cortesia, já tivemos em tantos hotéis onde a deslocação é limitada e têm estas atenções. Comprei frente praia, mas esse quarto a casa de banho era partilhada, mudamos para outro que não tinha vista mar e não houve nenhuma atenção por parte do hotel. Para ir para o hotel não ajudaram com nenhuma sugestão de transferes. Para ir embora já tinham imensos contactos.

Un séjour magnifique et reposant dans un cadre idyllique !
Pros:

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Casa Punta Coco. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une superbe chambre, très belle et confortable.

L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme et magnifique, idéal pour se détendre, tout en restant à environ 20 minutes à pied du centre. Avec seulement quelques chambres, l’atmosphère y est intime et paisible.

Nous avons adoré les délicieux petits-déjeuners préparés par le chef, la piscine avec sa vue splendide, ainsi que les moments passés au beach club de l’hôtel à profiter des transats face à la mer avec un excellent guacamole.

Un grand merci également au personnel, toujours attentionné, disponible et très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Good potential, small improvements
Pros:

This place stood out to us above all because of the courtesy of the staff.
It was the place in Mexico where we encountered the most polite and well-mannered staff.
They welcome us very Kindly with welcome drinks at beach.

The housekeeping team left our room looking brand new every single day, despite the fact that life on this island means constantly walking around with sandy feet and having sand everywhere.

The breakfast was generous and, above all, healthy.

We also tried the hotel restaurant and although it was a bit expensive, everything was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well.

The hotel’s beach club is beautiful, it has showers, and it is wonderful to watch the sunset from the hotel’s beds/cabanas.

The pool is incredible!

We stained a 30x30 cm bath towel (yes, really that size — if not even 20x20 cm) and were asked to pay 300 MXN. Of course, as guests, we take responsibility for any damage, but the amount was so absurdly high that we asked for proof of the towel’s purchase price. Since they could not provide it, they eventually lowered the amount to 180 MXN, which we appreciated.

Cons:

It is important to note that breakfast starts quite late, only at 8:30 a.m. If you are coming from Europe and your jet lag wakes you up at 6 a.m., and since the room has neither blackout curtains nor blinds, waiting until 8:30 can feel quite long.

It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room to store yogurts or snacks while waiting for breakfast.

What we liked least was the hotel’s location. Next to the hotel there is a construction site with a pipe continuously draining water all day long. The smell of this water is foul — it smells like sewage.

There were also two dead fish on the hotel beach (which remained there during the entire three days we stayed).

Seeing both the drainage pipe and the dead fish (pics bellow) made us directly question the water quality there.

Paradis, magnifique
Pros:

Un séjour unique. Le personnel est incroyable du début à la fin. Souriant, à l’écoute, attentionné… que ce soit dans l’hôtel ou sur le plage de l’hôtel.

La chambre était incroyable. L’hôtel n’a pas énormément de chambre ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus intime et reposante.

L’hôtel est situé sur une des plus belles plages de l’île. Un vrai coin de paradis avec des coucher de soleil magnifique.

Nous avions une excursion très tôt (6h du matin) l’hôtel nous a préparé un sandwich pour le petit déjeuner avec un fruit afin de ne pas louper le petit déjeuner qui est compris dans le prix de la chambre. Belle attention.

Enfin, la nourriture est excellente, tout est cuisiné par un chef privé, les produits sont frais. Les cocktails sont très bien réalisé et le service est excellent.
Le petit déjeuner est composé d’une assiette de fruit frais avec un fromage blanc et du muesli, et des tartines de pain avec beurre et confiture. Puis d’une assiette d’œuf brouillées avec jambon et fromage avec café thé jus.

Cons:

Manque un frigo dans la chambre pour pouvoir garder des aliments au frais au vu de la chaleur sur l’île.

Serenite à Holbox
Pros:

Tout. L’hôtel est une petite structure. Nous avions une très jolie chambre vue mer, très confortable
Mention spéciale à Dani . Ils sont très accueillants et gentils
Bon petit déjeuner mais il faut comme souvent au Mexique compléter le choix de base, qui est simple. Peut être un peu trop ….. quoique qualitatif.
Tout est fait maison: le pain et les 2 petites viennoiseries
Une très jolie piscine complète le tableau . La plage est très bien.
On y a dîné aussi. C’était délicieux
On est éloigné du bruit et du centre. Il faut un vélo
On reviendra car malgres un petit bémol on a adoré

Cons:

Pas de frigo dans la chambre mais ils ont gardé notre yaourt sans lactose dans le frigo de la cuisine
Le petit déjeuner très succinct
Et les vélos , que nous avons payé très chers par rapport au loueur qui est à 5 mns à pieds . La commission prelevee par l’hotel est exageree .
