niet heel aangenaam. Bedden lagen goed.

Schimmel in douche kraan wasbak los putdeksel wasbak kapot

Cons:

Dubbele toeristen belasting berekend omdat later ontbijt bijgeboekt is. Via booking.com erg onduidelijk in of excl. ontbijt. Stond vermeld spa dit was niet in de prijs inbegrepen bleek later en ging pas midden op de dag open dus hadden we niks aan. Er stond vermeld 2 losse dekens op bed was 1 grote. Nachtlampjes waren verschillend. Vieze vegen op vloerbedekking

Fijn hotel met comfortabele bedden
Pros:

Hele fijne douche, comfortabele bedden, ruime kamer. Verlichting is perfect met veel opties. Genoeg stopcontacten & prima faciliteiten. Vergrotende spiegel is ook erg fijn. Lekker ontbijt, veel keus & prima kwaliteit, mooie eetzaal ook met comfortabele plekken. Naast de receptie is een klein winkeltje met enorme keuze aan drankjes & hapjes.

Cons:

De airconditioning kon de kamer niet echt koel doen aanvoelen en een kleine opfrisbeurt qua kitranden mag ook wel, dan zou het nog wat luxer aanvoelen. Helaas was de bar dicht, erg jammer, die hebben normaal een fijne kaart en lekkere drankjes.

Gute Lage aber auch schon gut verbracht
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns super für nach Aachen und das Zimmer war gross. Das Service Personal am Abend im Restaurant super nett.

Cons:

Der Bar Angestellte hält keine Hygienischen Regeln ein. greift ohne Handschuhe in die Eiswürfel für den Drink und kassiert im nächsten Moment Geld ein oder nimmt sein Handy in die Hand. Die Bar ist klebrig. Waren aus diesem Grund nur einmal dort für einen Drink. Das geht gar nicht!

Pros:

Great instalarions, good food at reasonable prices.

Cons:

The fact that the rate was not refundable, the excessive fee of €15 for room service, that I have to pay for use of a bathrobe when I pay a big amount for the room. The temperature in the jacuzzi was not warm enough. The fact that my room was not serviced.

Zimmer schön groß, super Bad. Ein Mega Frühstücksbüfett. Speisen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Personal alle sehr freundlich

Cons:

Keine Gläser für die Getränke, für den Kaffe nur Pappbecher auf dem Zimmer. Keine getrennten Bettdecken

Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Geräumige Zimmer und Badezimmer, effiziente Klimaanlage, Sauberkeit top. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde entgegengekommen. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Vor dem Hotel genügend Parkplätze, gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Aachen. War wegen den World Equestrian Games in Aachen dort; Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Umgebung akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

Eigentlich gar nichts.
Eine winzige Kleinigkeit: die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstücksbuffet. Die Tassen bzw. die Füllmenge ist zu klein, sodass man mehrfach aufstehen muss, um nachzuschenken. Bei der Größe des Frühstücksraums nicht komfortabel.

Wij komen zeker terug.
Pros:

Bad kamer was geweldig. Ontbijt top! personeel kan vriendelijker, bij het uitchecken werd je zonder aankijken door verwezen naar een groot scherm. succes. Weet dus niet of ik alles heb afgerekend.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Kamer was groot en schoon en heerlijk dat je een deur open kon zetten.
