Pros:

Very comfortable and clean room, and working Aircon in a heatwave. That felt very important.

Cons:

Breakfast included in the price is OK, average but the seating and layout is a bit chaotic. Took a couple of days to work out.

Pros:

Room was excellent and had the gift, on a very hot night, of working air conditioning that didn't keep you awake.
The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and the staff worked very hard to keep everything topped up during a busy period. Evening food is ok but a bit basic, however there is a Harvester right next door so no shortage of choice

Cons:

I can't think of any negative aspects with this stay.

Excellent stay. We have stayed before so we knew we would enjoy it.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t hot enough (our fault for not being down for it until 9.20 a.m).

Great for an overnight stay
Pros:

Room was perfect for our needs, just an overnight stop on the way to Nottingham for the cricket

Cons:

Compared to the HIE at The Utilita, there was not the option of a takeaway coffee, but no big deal.

Good for an overnight stopover
Pros:

Staff very friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable, and the AC worked well (it was during a heatwave outside). Very convenient parking. Overall excellent value for the price.

Cons:

Bathroom was small. The shower was good except the base was extremely slippery. Even with a rail to hold on to it was still dangerous. The breakfast buffet was being consumed with gusto by most guests but in my opinion it was of poor quality. Even though it was included in the price, my wife and I chose to eat at another nearby hotel.
