Pros:

Hotel room spotless, was asked if wanted a ground room or 1st floor room which I didn't expect thought it might have been allocated. Breakfast was good plenty variety.

A relaxing, restful and comfortable stay close to but apparently far from the M1 motorway.

Started off ok and then after I recived the fine it was very disappointing

Advert said free parking was available I then received a parking fine in the post few days later, was very disappointed as there was no signs of the staff didn’t say other wise

Gute Betten und Dusche, aber sonst eher enttäuschend

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut (kann die mal jemand reparieren?) außerdem hatten wir ein Zimmer über der Küche, sodass dauernd der Geruch von Pommes und Frittierten Essen in unserem Zimmer war. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption hieß es, dass wir kein anderes Zimmer haben können, weil alle anderen schon ausgebucht sind, was offensichtlich aber nicht stimmen konnte, wie man am Frühstücksraum und am Parkplatz sehen konnte.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut - in anderen Hotels derselben Kategorie und mit ähnlichem Preis haben wir da viel Besseres bekommen. Zudem war es sehr schmutzig an der Frühstücksbar.

A clean, modern well run establishment offering excellent value for money
Pros:

A full English breakfast provided FREE within the room price is very good value. The staff were both friendly and efficient. We asked for a quiet room which was provided and car parking was both easy and free.
The room is well laid out with comfortable beds, tea & coffee facilities, a well designed bathroom with a separate enclosed toilet, There is plenty of hanging space and a large television. In fact this hotel offers everything you need for a one or two night stay.
We stayed here last year as we were visiting Northampton and considered it was a perfect place to overnight and so we returned this year as we shall no doubt do again.
