Clean and facilities were great!
The ccoffee and tea curdled and I don’t know why
Loved the facilities, location to Sports Precinct for event was fantastic - 600m up road.

We booked a long bed but really it was two singles joined into one bed which was uncomfortable.
Location and convenience
The room was beautifully decorated, aircon was quiet and it was fairly clean (usual marks in the bathroom). You get a dual safe, iron and ironing board, the usual kettle, bar fridge ect. Elevator is super quick. The lighting in the room is really nice and you can dim the main aswell.
The bathrooms are very tiny, my wife and i both struggled to be in there at the same time. Our child was orginally coming with us and im glad we didnt bring him (2.5yr old) as it would have been too small of a room altogether.
We had to sleep on top of the made bed and get the fleece throw out of the cupboard. As without that extra layer the bed was uncomfy, but with it it was really nice.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast were sooo runny they actually made us both feel sick, but the rest of the breakfast was absolutely beautiful.
The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash ect werent the nicest, definately recommend Wallawa skincare instead, its been the nicest we have ever found.
Parking in an open air carpark instead of undercover was a pain mainly because of the nonstop rain, but you cant control the weather.
The end of the hairdrier kept falling off and where you open the cupboard door there is a vent on the roof above it that wasnt clipped in properly so the door kept catching. Its readjusted now.
Late check in was really helpful.

Things that I needed to do were driving distance from the location thats why I chose the place.
Hotel restraunt not operational for dinner, got told to walk to another building for dinner or find it somewhere else. Asked for room to be cleaned while we were out for the day, but staff ignored the sign displayed on the door handle. Funny thing is the linen storage was right opposite my room 240, yet the room wasn't done. The shelf in the shower is at a silly spot. You cant have shower properly without bumping into it. In my case I got a cut on my elbow by bumping into it while showering. Put the shelf on the back wall, it is that simple. Swimming pool location is ridiculous as you cant swim in the pool without people staring at you from the restraunt lobby.
