Pros:

Second visit so returns always say something. Clean, comfortable, well situated with easy access from main roads. Bonus breakfast was nice. Enjoyable and recommended.

Bathroom a bit pokey for this type of facility, but quite OK.

Great option for work accommodation.
Pros:

Pre phone call and check was very helpful. After hours checkin was smooth. Was pleased to have off street secure parking with gates closed. Pillows and bed were comfortable.

Free parking, clean, nice grounds and reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Disappointing that the property advertises a restaurant and bar as open but these are never open except for breakfast service 7-10am. Would be more accurate to say they are closed.
