Pool was closed never said that when booking
There was a "Nope" spider in my bed.
Nothing, came down with Covington and they kept my money
They're refund policy is bullshit
Parking was free and it was easy to get to
Everything is broke in that dang building, if they would invest a couple bucks into maintaining the rooms it would be alot nicer.

The front desk staff was very kind when checking in!
I’m not sure if our room was fully cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, the toilet seat was left up and we were left with no bath towels. One of the queen beds had a large brown/yellowish stain on the sheet. There were two remotes in the room, however, neither one worked. There was a light burnt out in the bathroom and next to the beds.

I waited 30 minutes for the front desk to check in the 2 people in front of me. I was given the keys to a dirty room then a staff member checked 2 others before we found a “clean” room that had a bandaid in the drain. Go anywhere but here. The pool was closed for maintenance and the ice machine didn’t even work. What a joke.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable—honestly, very quiet—and I hope they offer more variety at breakfast in the future.

Location , easy off highways
Our bathroom smelled like urine. There was some kind of juice or goo on the door of the room on the inside. There was also some kind of white substance on the headboard. We went to Myers and bought a bunch of sanitizing wipes after the staff said they could not change our room. And we just kept the bathroom door shut as much as possible.
