The pool was closed. The floor in my room had not been vacuumed

They called us at 5pm on the day we were supposed to check in to let us know they canceled our reservation. They had overbooked. They did not offer any solutions, just "Sorry, I don't know what to tell you".

We didn’t like that 3 of the outlets by the bed did not work as well as a light by the left side of the bed, 2 lights were out above Whirl pool, had to hold down the toilet knob to adequately flush toilet, and the curtains did not roll to close.

Pool was broken-didnt say on Booking. Com. On Booking.com room was booked as 2 queen beds. Their reservation had a King and sofa. Waited over an hour for a new room .

Room was half cleaned upon arrival, toilet barely flushed, half the plugs didn’t work and housekeeping doesn’t come around to clean unless you request them.

Location was fine. Our room had mold in the bathroom all over the walls. The AC units smelled like mold were in the vents. Key cards were constantly getting deactivated. I had a horrible experience at this place

Rooms were dirty (1 was replaced with another room which was still dirty), floors stained all over in the rooms and down the halls, the elevator was a wonder if you'd get stuck or not, not proper notification the pool has been broken for 3 years or whatever, beds were uncomfortable, phone didn't work, lights didn't work on half the room, light bulbs were missing in the lamps, most of the outlets were not working, had to search for a working one to charge our phones.
I NEVER leave a bad review but this was needed.

Everything. We got to our hotel room and found a good amount of mold in the bathroom so the lady working the front desk was very nice and got us a different room. We were excited about swimming in the pool and didn’t know it was closed(my fault for not reading the email) but we get there and they said it’s under renovation and it’s full of water and looked completely fine so we didn’t know what the problem was with it. Left and came back at night to find what we assume was blood stains on both beds and lots of dirt stains. The tv went out constantly and lights by the beds were terrible and flickered and shut off on their own. Hotel staff knew all of that and said owners don’t care so I’ll NEVER come back and will be telling everyone I know never to stay there. God awful experience

I arrived only to be told that they didn't have any clean rooms because housekeeping had walked out and they didn't know when or if there would be a room for me that night. I didn't receive a call from the hotel telling me about the issues they had. I was also told by the front desk clerk Erica I would have to call back to see about getting a credit for canceling when it wasn't my fault. I later called the hotel to see about getting a refund because I had to cancel and have never been called back.

Pool closed. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. I had a gift bag of books I sat in the floor and it was andbooks completely soaked. The new books I just bought were ruined. Shower was weird. It didn’t have the right parts and the water went out into the bathroom floor. It was a mess.

Washer and dryer did not work

Carpet filthy, on 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Electric outlet didn’t work. Lamps didn’t all work

Pool was closed never said that when booking

There was a "Nope" spider in my bed.
