Room was large for NYC with plenty of room for luggage, and a full length mirror which I always appreciate. The hotel had nice common areas. The rooftop bar and views were nice. Staff were all friendly. Location is good - walking distance to Grand Central, and walkable or an easy subway ride to everywhere we wanted to go.
Despite its size, our room had only one bedside table. The lighting wasn’t great, and the room felt a bit drab, dark and dingy. We were on the second floor with frosted glass windows which likely added to the overall drab feeling. Rooms could use a refresh.
It was a great hotel and very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only a few blocks to the subway and walking distance to lots of things. The attached restaurant was also great.
A bit pricey and the shower drained a bit slowly.
Great location, big space, great amenities and restaurants. The staff was nice and very helpful. Most of all, we liked that they cleaned the room everyday. Most hotels don’t do that anymore. It was nice to come home everyday with fresh towels, a made bed, and the trash take away.

Coffee machine in our room was rancid - really weird but they changed it quickly. We were there for 3 nights and the room phone never worked, so we had to head 15 floors down to sort anything out.
The room and bed sizes for NYC were great. Location close to many attarcation just walking, train or bus. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
A bit run down, photos were filtered, I think. Could be cleaner. Once, I was supposedly given clean towels, but they smelled weird.
