Hotel tres bien situé à 4-5 minutes du métro, belle chambre personnel très accueillant, beau Rooftop
Pros:

Emplacement, vue depuis la chambre, lits confortables, personnel accueillant et aimable

Cons:

Pas d’équipement de la cuisine du studio en assiette et couverts, thé et tisane non réapprovisionnées automatiquement il faut tout réclamer
Personnel du Rooftop un peu nonchalant pour prendre la commande

Large rooms, Great neighborhood. Staff could use a bit more empathy to guests.
Pros:

I like the location...more residential than touristy... yet not too far from the good attractions. A nice walk to Grand Central. Good places to eat nearby, including Sarge's Deli and 2nd Avenue Deli. the room was HUGE for New York standards. Despite its age, the hotel was still in fairly good condition.

Cons:

Staff were a little cold. Because of my bank's card location control, I had issues using my credit card to leave a deposit and chose to leave cash. On checkout, they didn't have any cash on hand... no option was given except to make me return to pick it up myself again. Luckily i had to travel through NYC again, but it was so inconvenient. Also, the windows did not have sound proofing and so I heard every single noise from the street below.

Nice, very romantic
Pros:

The facility was beautiful. Everything was great. The only problem was the elevator. If I knew it wasn’t working I would’ve never gone because I have bad knees. I need knee replacement replacements and we had to wait a lot and I had to take the stairs a lot of of the times.

Cons:

The property was beautiful specially the restaurant upstairs

Good stay
Pros:

The service is great & staff have been lovely and very efficient. The location is great.

Cons:

The hotel facilities all in all feel very tired. A lot of small things like a surface in the bathroom etc. that were missing. The level of Cleanliness also wasn’t satisfactory. A lot of “legacy” dust on all surfaces as it seemed.

Most spacious hotel room I’ve ever enjoyed in NYC. I’d stay here again.
Pros:

The rooms were very large for New York City. there was a generous closet and a full-size mirror. Bathroom was roomy, and there was good lighting for makeup application.

Pros:

Fint stort værelse, fint badeværelse dog med skydedør, behagelig stor seng, hurtige elevator, fint fitnesscenter, ekstrem god beliggenhed, fint køleskab

Vinduerne var ikke særlig lydtætte så man kunne hører meget af trafikken, kun live TV på fjernsynet (man kunne ikke selv få lov til streame noget), skyde dør på toilettet

While there were some positives, I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable.the location was very good.the rooftop had good views.

Cons:

When we checked in, we were told we would have an upper room with a view. Our view was of rooms across from our room. We could not open the window shade because other guests could look directly into our room. We had very little natural light and the room was dark. A light bulb was blown which didn’t help.The furniture needs to have the scratches covered. Very dinged up. The bathroom needs a deep clean.Avoid room 1126. I told the receptionist who originally helped at check-in about all of this,and he said he could try to move us. I would have done so, but my family had already unloaded and did not want the hassle.
