If you’re looking for an average stay and don’t want to feel welcomed then this is the place for you

Cons:

The staff (front office and cleaning) are not friendly at all. They don’t even acknowledge you when they see you. The parking is 26 euros a day! The shower area is very small, in the bath, small shower head and pressure not great.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jazz. The location is absolutely perfect everything is within walking distance, making it so easy to explore Barcelona.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was amazing, especially during the summer heat. One thing we really appreciated was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and kindly let us check in before the official check-in time because our room was already ready, which made a great first impression.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. If we come back to Barcelona, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Jazz again. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel if you want to be close to metro and walking distance to everything...I prefer comfort.
Pros:

Close to metro and attractions, great A/C
They were very nice in giving us another room because our king size bed was two double together, which we sank between them. Our second room was a full king size bed, better but still too firm and uncomfortable even after they gave us a thin topper. But they tired and were very accommodating.

Cons:

1. Bathtub higher than standard, unsafe.
2. Bed too firm, felt springs.
3. Glass partition on bathtub doesn't cover enough, water all over the floor.
4. Bumps on bathtub that is meant to avoid slipping, are very uncomfortable when your feet are tired of walking all day. Doesn't prevent slipping.
5. Low water pressure
6. Outdated faucets
7. Water went down one night.
8. Bath towels looks rundown.

Fabulous we would highly recommend as a central hotel
Pros:

Fabulous location, lovely breakfast, very central, lovely friendly staff. Comfy bed and pillows. Easy to walk to restaurants. Fabulous roof top pool and bar.

It’s my third time staying at the Jazz hotel and it improves each stay!
Pros:

Spacious air conditioned room with all the usual accessories!
Loved the terrace pool and bar and great service for food and drinks.
Very convenient location with helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

As a more mature person, I found the online check in process a little awkward!
