Pros:

A la carte food was very good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I had booked a ride through the hotel and no one was there to pick me up from the airport. I waited two hours for a ride and was charged for the ride, they should not have charged me after an error of that nature occurred.
The towels were sparse and rough. The location was not near any areas of interests as a tourist.

Friendly reception

Cons:

The shower was blocked, then I was moved to another room which was a special needs room and the shower was splashing water all over the place and few drops actually fell on my body. The breakfast was oily and the eggs station where they cook eggs was filthy. The hotel looked like it lacked basic maintenance. For the price I paid, this was a rip off.

Overall good stay and got everything we need.

Large rooms. Walking distance from the mall and Gautrain station.

One Area That Could Be Improved

The only thing I found disappointing was the condition of the river situated near the hotel. Unfortunately, the pollution, litter and unpleasant smell around the river are quite noticeable, especially when you are on the upper floors looking out over the area.

It’s a real pity because the location has so much potential and could be a beautiful feature of the surroundings if properly maintained. I sincerely hope the municipality can intervene and address the pollution and cleanliness of the river. Improving the area would make a significant difference to the overall experience and appeal of the hotel and its surroundings.
