Pros:

Hotel was clean and location was good

Cons:

Staff is completely rude and unhelpful. Front desk manager has absolutely no manners and speaks rude to customers. He should not be in the hospitality industry as he has no way of talking to customers. Very rude and impolite

Nice hotel not a good joberg location
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was convenient and the food was pretty good

Cons:

The location was far from Johannesburg and took 45 minutes to drive to.

Restaurant Manager's excellent service best part of the stay!
Pros:

A very well-located hotel, wonderful breakfast buffet (highly recommended), nice rooms, bar, swimming pool and gym. The only downside is the very limited dinner menu, with most items unavailable. However, the excellent and friendly service provided by Thulani, the Restaurant manager, made up for this and made the stay even more pleasant. If you are the manager of Anew Hotel, give the man a promotion (with a salary raise)! If any headhunters are reading this review, this is an individual you want to poach ;-)

Improve on service
Pros:

Besides the bed we use at the hotel, food is also important and items that are no longer offerred on the menu must be removed, other than that, the service was ok

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

There was a terrible smell on the property and inside the hotel an overwhelming smell of sweat. The room was not very clean.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

One of the best hotels in Centurion, they should just make gowns available but we will definitely come back.
