O hotel possui uma estrutura excelente, muito bonita e acolhedora. A academia merece um destaque especial, sendo uma das melhores que já encontrei em hotéis. A localização também é um grande diferencial, ficando muito próxima a Puerto Madero, uma das regiões mais agradáveis da cidade.
Ainda assim, a experiência geral foi muito positiva. O quarto era extremamente confortável, a estrutura do hotel é impecável e, para casais, o ambiente proporciona uma estadia bastante agradável e especial.
Em relação ao atendimento, acredito que exista oportunidade para proporcionar uma experiência mais calorosa aos hóspedes. Chegamos de um voo durante a madrugada, bastante cansados, e infelizmente não foi possível antecipar o check-in, mesmo com a percepção de disponibilidade de quartos. Também nos foi oferecida a possibilidade de upgrade de categoria mediante um custo adicional de US$ 100 por dia.
Outro aspecto que chamou atenção foi o valor dos serviços oferecidos pelo hotel, que me pareceram acima da média quando comparados a outros hotéis de padrão semelhante ou até superior.

Fabulous hotel with lots of quirky design elements. Close to a buzzy riverside location with loads of fun restaurants a short walk away. The hotel itself had wonderful food and bar. The tango show was fun.
Our room was a bit quirky but once we got used to the layout it was fine.
Nice service at the pool. That’s all.
Overpriced for the low quality. Room was uncomfortable, same bathroom. Pool with a ridiculous plastic crown in the middle.

The hotel itself is a tourist attraction. The red velvet decor, the pool area and all the corridors, bar, restaurant - fantastic vibe! Room was large and very nice, as well as very helpful staff. My trip was on business, so I didn't have much time to enjoy the surroundings and the hotel facilities, but will definitely come back with the spouse!
El salón del desayuno estaba muy baja la temperatura ambiente.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, but unfortunately I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.
At breakfast, there were no proper vegan options available on the menu. The staff would simply improvise with whatever ingredients happened to be available at the moment. It also became clear that the chef did not fully understand the concept of a vegan lifestyle, as cream cheese was added to one of my breakfasts.
Beyond that, during my stay there were also certain celebrities staying at the hotel, and because of this we were repeatedly asked not to remain in some of the common areas, despite the fact that we were not disturbing anyone. This made it very evident that some guests are treated with clear preference over others.
For a hotel that is considered five-star, the experience fell far below expectations. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again.
The look and feel of the entire hotel is Devine. The concierge is remarkable. However the breakfast and the staff need to improve to keep up with the 5 stars of the hotel
