Cons:

quarto com algumas avarias( rodapé soltando, courino da cama descascando), pessoas em situação de rua nas redondezas, porém nada que incomodasse.

Pros:

No chegada quando perguntei se já poderia fazer o chek-in mesmo sem entrar, a resposta foi NÃO (Cheguei 13:30), quando foi informar para meu marido, outra pessoa chegou e já começaram a fazer o check-in e a partir daí quem chegasse na fila pode fazer inclusive eu. Outro ponto é o café da manhã, não repõe o que acaba. Cheguei 09:30 e já estava tudo acabando (isso no domingo), foi perguntar sobre prato e a pessoa foi muito grossa.

O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, pela falta de reposição.

Não é uma opção de hotel 4 estrelas
Pros:

O local é de fácil acesso

Cons:

A cama não é confortável, os pisos do banheiro estavam quebrados, pareciam que iam cortar os pés conforme pisava, o vaso sanitário ficou vazando água o tempo todo e com isso ficava com ruídos no decorrer da noite.
O café da manhã é bem simples e com opções bem reduzidas

Os produtos do café da manhã são muito saborosos, equipe do café também é bem simpática. Quarto tem um tamanho bom, limpeza é boa também. Equipe da recepção é atenciosa.

Cons:

Colchão é péssimo, travesseiros também. Só tem lâmpada no teto ao lado da porta, no quarto em si não tem lâmpada no teto, só em abajures. A cortina blackout não consegue vedar totalmente a luz do dia.
