According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Limpeza do piso estava a desejar e havia vazamento do banheiro na parte do box. Não tinha como ficar com as toalhas de piso secas! Faltou shampoo no box, o vasilhame apesar de seco não era reposto. Não há supermercado perto.
Achei o hotel muito confortável , a cama era grande o chuveiro bom. O custo benefício excelente , além da localização que também é ótima!
Acho que o hotel precisa rever a questão com os funcionários, desde o Vallet que trabalha no hotel já age como se estivesse fazendo um favor em levar e buscar o carro. A pessoa da recepção fez o checkin de qualquer jeito , zero receptividade, mas o pior foi o café da manhã acredito que tinham poucos funcionários trabalhando fazendo com que faltasse muitos itens do café , quem estava trabalhando estava sobrecarregado e claramente estressado e tudo isso influencia na experiência do cliente que muitas vezes como eu, está no seu momento de lazer.
