Pros:

Bonito hotel, habitaciones, que contara con estacionamiento, la mayoria de los empleados muy amable, sobretod la miss Gabriela del comedor, super amable 🥰

Cons:

Mi hija sufrio un accidente dentro de la habiatacion, lesionandose un dedo 4o ortejo pie derecho, con la base de abajo del mueble para planchar, solicite al manager apoyo para bajar a mi nena, porque ya ibamos a salir, entregar la habitacion, pregunte si contaban con silla de ruedas, porque a mi hija le dolia su pie al caminar, el manager en vez de buscar solucion, menciono que ellos no tenian la culpa, fue totalmente penoso, que no nos apoyaran y se pusiera a la defensiva!

It was just what we needed for the night.

Pros:

I wish I got her name! The check in "clerk" was so helpful. We needed directions to a venue by not taking the interstate. She wrote some directions on a sticky note, but when we left for our concert, she stopped us and gave us a print out with the precise directions. It was amazing someone would go to such lengths to help a customer. Thank you from the both of us.
