This was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip. It’s clean, comfortable, in a fantastic downtown location,
Pros:

* We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and both the room and bathroom were immaculate throughout our visit.
* The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after exploring Memphis.
* Breakfast was one of the highlights. There was an excellent selection of both hot and cold options, including bagels, breads, fresh fruit, Greek and protein yoghurts, and plenty of hot breakfast items. Everything was well stocked and kept clean.
* If you prefer coffee from Starbucks, there’s one connected to the hotel, which was a really convenient bonus.
* The room included everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, and the overall amenities were excellent.
* The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
* The location is ideal, with Beale Street and many of downtown Memphis’ main attractions within easy walking distance.
* There are laundry facilities on the rooftop (you’ll need coins to use them), which is really useful if you’re travelling for longer.
* The rooftop also has lovely views over the Mississippi River, making it a nice place to take in the city.
* Although we didn’t use the gym, it looked clean, modern and well equipped.
* The small market by the front desk was really handy, offering drinks, juices, instant noodles and other snacks if you needed something quickly.
* Valet parking costs $35 per night, so it’s worth factoring that into your budget if you’re travelling by car.

Hotel conveniently located in downtown Memphis
Pros:

The hotel was within walking distance to Beale St or a short Uber ride to other attractions like Stax Records. The room was a King Suite and had plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There wasn't much I didn't like about the hotel. No major issues.

I will definitely explore other options next time around.
Pros:

It did look nice, the woman checking me in was very kind but I’ve learned she wasn’t very informative the more I go on.

Cons:

Please note that the valet is not free, it is actually $36.22 out of your $50 incidental. I paid 181 for a night, I’d think that one parking spot would be alotted. I didn’t ask them to go get my car continuously, they parked and then I asked when I needed my car. Maybe “hey this is 36.22” would’ve been nice. From one of the three valet men or the front desk.
Now let’s talk about the fire alarm that didn’t seem to be a big deal to anyone. I was so upset to be rudely awoken out of my bed at 7am to run down twelve floors just to essentially get laughed at when I got there “oh false alarm.” How disappointing to my otherwise great weekend.
