Clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodated to our requests. Exceptional service and wide spread of food during breakfast.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and a good experience.
One small area that could be improved was during check-in. The staff attending us was from Japan and she was polite throughout the process, however she explained the hotel facilities quite quickly and it took extra effort to fully catch what she was saying. I did ask a few questions during the explanation, but unfortunately the answers were not very clear. I think using a slightly slower pace when explaining to guests would create a more relaxing and welcoming experience, especially for people coming here to unwind and enjoy their vacation. That said, her attitude and politeness were still very good.
A special mention definitely goes to the breakfast — especially the roti canai. Honestly, it’s one of the better hotel roti canai I’ve had and surprisingly memorable. It had proper texture and taste, which is quite rare even among hotels.
The chef handling the roti canai station was also extremely friendly. He greeted guests warmly, interacted cheerfully with children, and created a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining area.
The rest of the breakfast selection was decent overall, though I think having a slightly wider variety, especially for noodle soup options, would make the breakfast experience even better.
Overall, I would genuinely consider coming back again just for the roti canai alone.

Great location and easy access to KLSentral station. Helpful staff and superb breakfast choice and quality.
Location is extremely convenient, KL Sentral is just a stone's throw away, there's even a sheltered linkway with an elevator from the train station.
Breakfast is amazing, especially the teh tarik!
Room is super comfy, bonus points for having Astro EPL football channels!
