The excellent breakfast, the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, and the fantastic pool area with slides for kids were the highlights of our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially our housekeeper, Md Akoh, who kept our room spotless every day. Although the hotel isn’t within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, Grab rides were quick, affordable, and made getting around Kuala Lumpur very easy. The direct connection to KL Sentral was also a huge advantage for exploring the city and traveling to and from the airport.

Cons:

Nothing significant. The only minor drawback is that it’s a little farther from the main tourist attractions, but this is easily offset by the affordable and convenient Grab rides.

Tolle Lage, sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und top Mitarbeiter. Wir mussten aufgrund eines Sturzes außerhalb des Hotel ins Krankenhaus und es wurde sofort ein Rollstuhl organisiert, Tipps gegeben etc.

An Amazing Stay with Outstanding Service with one small wish!!!

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout my entire visit. In terms of location, cleanliness, and service, everything was absolutely outstanding. The overall stay was truly amazing.My only small suggestion for the future would be to upgrade the in-room TVs to Smart TVs. Having access to streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube would definitely help guests enjoy high-quality downtime during their stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Chambre tres confortable. Petit déjeuner fabuleux. Piscines et terrasses pour se reposer. Et très bon accueil, avec meme la possibilite d'un early check in très apprécié!
