Kiváló hotel a régi FIAT gyár épületében
Pros:

Két éjszakát töltöttünk a hotelben. A belvárostól és a pályaudvartól kicsit messzebb van, de busszal, vagy metróval rövid időn belül el lehet érni. A hotelt egy régi gyárépületben alakították ki egy bevásárlóközponttal közös épületben. A szobakártya segítségével át lehet jutni a bevásárlóközpontba úgy, hogy nem is kell kimenni az utcára. A szoba jó méretű, nagy belmagasságú. A fürdőszoba is tágas, nagy méretű zuhanyozórésszel, tusfürdővel és szappannal felszerelve,
A reggeli nagyszerű, nagyon széles választékkal. A teljes személyzet kedves és figyelmes. Újból itt szállnék meg, ha ismét Torinóba mennék.

Cons:

Nem biztosítottak papucsokat és fürdőköpenyeket.

Hotel ist in Ordnung, der Kundenservice eine Katastrophe!
Pros:

Hotel, Zimmer und Frühstück sind in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ich hatte alle Zimmer im voraus über Booking.com bezahlt und beim CheckOut wurden die Zimmer nochmals auf meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl ich eigentlich nur noch die CityTax zahlen musste!
Nun versuche ich schon seit 3 Tagen mein Geld zurückzubekommen!

Pros:

Gute Verkehrsverbindungen und Parksituaton. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Ambiente, ohne das man es merkt mitten in einem riesigen Shoppingcenter mit Einkaufsoptionen und Restaurants. Etwas außerhalb der Altstadt aber diese ist mit u- Bahn gut erreichbar, falls vorhanden noch viel einfacher mit dem Fahrrad.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat seltsame Geräusche von sich gegeben, aber das hätten wir vermutlich auch melden können.

Pros:

Albergo davvero bello nel contesto del Lingotto. Raggiungibile in metro. Camere grandi, pulite e con letti comodi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
