Pros:

Very good value for money, good location, with Akihabara only a short walk away and the nearby Kanda station providing convenient access elsewhere.

My room was clean and in a very good shape, with a comfortable bed and generally well-equipped, although lacking a safe. Note that the central air conditioning, while capable, takes quite some time to cool the room down, so don't think of turning it off while going away in the summer.

Nice lobby, with a big manga library for reading, and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet's karaage was excellent, though unless you plan to stuff yourself full of it the first thing in the morning, it's a bit overpriced, considering how little else there's offered.

Cons:

The paper cards that they use for room locking (instead of IC cards like all normal people) are a major annoyance. They need to be put into the reader in a very specific way, which takes a while to learn, and even then it's not guaranteed to work. Also, while there is a coin laundry, it only has three machines (which also only take 100 yen coins, requiring you to carry a supply) and if you're unlucky, you might need to wait for quite a while or even queue.
