アクセスが良い！
Pros:

地下鉄駅に近く分かりやすかった。
朝食の唐揚げが美味しかったです！

Cons:

窓の外が隣のビルの壁で圧迫感があった。朝食のレストランのテーブルが間隔が狭くトレイが運びにくい。

Pros:

シャワーカーテンが、前回は生乾きのにおいだったが、今回は清潔であった。
朝食バイキングが、丁度よい。品数もあり、色々選べるのが嬉しい。美味しい。
スタッフの品のある挨拶や、声をかけるとすぐ対応してくださる姿勢も好感が持てた。

Cons:

シャワーの持ち手と、冷蔵庫の中に髪の毛があったので、少し嫌だった。

Good stay near JR Kanda
Pros:

Location is good, walking distance from JR Kanda and metro, plenty of food options around, so as convenience stores. Akihabara station is also within a short walk.
The room was nice, with nicely designed blackout window curtains. The window can be open for ventilation. The bathtub in the bathroom was big enough to use it as a bathtub. Wi-fi worked well. Breakfast was good. There are three washer-dryers at the hotel. The air conditioner is central, but it wasn't too hot in the room, things might be different depending on the time of year.
Staff was very accommodating, they were open on holding a package shipped to me a few days before my stay. The cleaning was not very intrusive, the standard cleaning unless requested happens once in a few days, which I found to be perfect.

Cons:

Checkout time was 10, and the breakfast is only until 9-30, a bit too early.
