Fantastischer Aufenthalt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Die Größe war ideal nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge im Westen der Insel zu machen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die beiden Al a Carte Restaurants ausgezeichnet. Der Spa Bereich und der Fitnessraum waren auch perfekt. Der Pool und der Aussenbereich wunderschön. Das Getränkeangebot perfekt.

Cons:

Keine Handtücher im SPA und Fitnessbereich vorhanden. W-LAN im Zimmer und Allgemeinbereich nicht sehr gut.

Location is amazing. Kids club team super friendly. Restaurant is great, the lunch is fast food but overall meals are diverse and healthy.

Correct pour un all inclusive mais relativement cher
Pros:

Le buffet est bon avec un large choix.
La chambre est spacieuse.

Cons:

Le lit enfant est un lit de camp avec un matelas trop fin…
La piscine intérieur est relativement petite et on ne peut pas considérer le jacuzzi comme un jacuzzi.
Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire à Calheta même…

Super hotel pour être utilisé en point central pour préparer ses différentes excursion sur l'île
Pros:

Le service et le personnel sont au top. La cuisine est très bien par rapport aux différents hôtels que nous avons faits lors de notre séjour.

Cons:

Certains équipements de l'hôtel montrent des signes qu'il a déjà vécu (au moins presque 30 ans). En effet, dans les piscines, il manque certaines petites dalles céramiques. Mais hormis ce point, l'hôtel est super bien entretenu et propre (j'ai déduit l'âge de l'hôtel par rapport à l'année de mise en service des ascenseurs ; autrement, j'aurais pensé que l'hôtel est bien plus récent).

Pros:

Eu gostei muito do hotel, muy lindo e limpo.

Cons:

Mas o quarto não tinha muita boa recepção do Wi-Fi. E as refeições da tarde não tem muita variedade.

Buona struttura per famiglie con bambini
Pros:

Il cibo è il punto forte, non solo è abbandonante ma anche vario e sfizioso. Ci sono state anche delle serate a tema con cucina tipica di Madeira o ad esempio cucina Messicana. La posizione dell’albergo è buona, essendo un ottimo punto di partenza per girare l’isola. Buona soluzione per famiglie con bambini piccoli.

Cons:

La pulizia non mi è sembrata troppo accurata. Inoltre c’è poca attenzione agli spazi comuni: la piscina era difficilmente accessibile per gli adulti, essendoci bambini che giocavano a palla o facevano tuffi. Non consigliato a che cerca relax e ambiente silenzioso.

La ubicación del hotel es magnífica, las instalaciones están bien y el buffet genial, con comida muy rica y variada. También están muy bien las actividades que tienen a lo largo del día y las actuaciones nocturnas.

Cons:

Aunque las instalaciones están muy bien, creo que deberían modernizar las habitaciones y los baños, no obstante, están bien. Igualmente considero que algunos servicios, como por ejemplo el uso del billar, deberían ser gratuitos.

Ci è piaciuto tanto il cibo, il personale e animazione tutto perfetto dire anche posizione ottima per visitare l isola, offrono anche il parcheggio davanti molto comodo.
