The location is great. Watching sunrise and the waves roll in is awsome.
The staff and maintenace gentlemen were very nice and efficent.
The pool was cold the whole time we were there. Seem may have been an issue with the heater.
The pool steps are too far apart for elderly people especially.
Their is no way to get to the beach if your not able to walk well or do stairs.
There should be a restroom down stairs.
The Elevators are slow.
The parking spots on the right and left next to parking garage should remain open so you can make that turn when you come out of the garage.
The wall coming out of the garage should be shorter also.
The room need hooks to hang bathing suits and beachtowel. And broom and dust pans would be nice and johnny mops for the toliets.
The spicket in bathroom sink could be a little longer had to rinse you mouth and splash water on your face if you have short arms.
Other than that the room was great and I would come back for a year 3 visit.

Parking
The location is spectacular — you’re literally close to everything. You can leave your car in the parking lot and walk everywhere. Parking is free, but the space is limited; there are a few covered spots available.
The hotel charges a $150 deposit, which is refunded at checkout, and you can pay it in cash if you prefer.
The room is good: clean, with hard floors, and many units offer ocean views and a balcony. Breakfast is not included, but you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.
The pool is excellent and has a Tiki Bar next to it, though I didn’t love the drinks. There’s also a hot-water hydro massage area.
Given the location and everything the hotel offers, the price is absolutely worth it. I definitely recommend it.
The drinks at the Tiki bar are not worth it. The parking lot has limited space available.

Location, staff was great, tiki bar right at pool, older room but super clean and comfy, oceanfront view.
Only complaint is the slamming of the doors. The room doors are kinda hard to open and will slam.
The staff was excellent..The moment we arrived Izyah welcomed us with open arms..He made sure we had everything we needed..explained to us where everything was and helped us get situated..He has wonderful customer service skills and he really made our stay so much fun by going the extra mile with his friendly personality..The room was great..pool and hot tub were perfect..and loved that the hours are 7am to 10pm..makes it worth the stay..I would 1000000% come back to this beautiful beach hotel to experience another great time with family and friends..Thank you Izyah for being so kind and welcoming my family..we really enjoyed you and your great customer service!
The property was in a wonderful location, it was very quiet & family oriented. It was clean & a great value.
The door kept getting stuck & wouldn’t close all the way unless you pulled extremely hard.
I also wasn’t a huge fan of the double parking situation and then having to move a car if someone blocked you in, but other than those two things everything was great. We will stay again.
Great staff, price, location, hot tub, pool, bar, just everything. I will be taking my kids there every year to kick off our summer.

I stayed in a cheaper room that needed to be re-cleaned someone stayed in it… the couch needed to be replaced had a patch and was pretty stained
