Pros:

The pool was nice. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

We inadvertently left our bathing suits hanging in the shower and the hotel says they could not find them which is incredulous because certainly no one entered the room except for housekeeping and now miraculously the suits were never turned in and they could not find them. That is very disappointing. I’m not sure what else it could be besides theft or laziness in looking, but that is a very expensive leave behind and we are very disappointed with no return phone call and no real effort to find our brand new bathing suits.

Séjour dans l’hôtel dont je me serais passé aux vues du prix payé
Pros:

L’environnement est agréable, commodités aux alentours de l’hôtel, le parking parfait.

Cons:

Le prix payé est très très élevé par rapport au standing de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas fameux.

Hade problem med air-condition. Den ena var ovanligt bullrig och den andra saknade termostat (gick konstant)

Had a nice stay for our UCSB Orientation visit
Pros:

Can't complain. Older, but in good shape. Comfortable beds. Had what I needed.

Cons:

Breakfast - no fruit or protein options other than yogurt, but coffee was really good.

Pretty descent there’s lots of room for improvements. Attentive staffs.

Cons:

AC wasn’t working well it’s dripping lots of water that it flooded the living room, weird insect crawling in the shower room, night lamp wasn’t working and maintenance guy had to change the bulb. One lady staff in the breakfast area wasn’t that nice. She was poker face all the time she was there putting stuffs for breakfast. Doesn’t know how to smile and greet people.
