Numerous requests for assistance with internet connection went unheeded. The Accor internet log on system failed to offer the supposed connection options. Excuse was that the room had just been upgraded......and no one checked the TV and internet? Also left to carry heavy suitcases down steep stairs with no assistance. Breakfast service very slow.

How to getting an no sign to guide you
This was purchased for our son and daughter in law for my sons birthday and babymoon.
They were treated like an inconvenience upon arrival and commented staff were rude and dismissive. I booked a mountain view room, they definitely didn't get that, they were virtually ignored at dinner and mentioned a gentleman on property who is the owner of a dog which they had to endure its barking.
On the positives they said the room was pleasant and clean with the bed being comfortable and breakfast was nice.
I will be calling to follow up on this before I take this to head office.

Location was beautiful and staff were lovely.
The toilet was not attached to the wall properly. The room was not what was advertised, when booking the room description was 2 queen beds. However; we had 1 queen bed and 1 rollaway bed.
Trying to find our way out at 4.30am was not fun with all the renovation and I am aware we had a map but maybe clearly marked path would be great to help.
Hit breakfast of pancakes where we got 1 pancake and it cost $30 was a little crazy, yes also aware our son could of had cereal or fruit with that as well but there wasn’t anything else that he would eat.
The room was excellent and views were magnificent. The restaurant had excellent views and exceptional food. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and will be back.
Quiet and peaceful location. Friendly/helpful staff. Nice mountain/lake view from the balcony/property. Had dinner at the restaurant on both night and was very impressed with the food and quality.
A lot of little bugs/flies seemed to be getting in the bathroom through the vent but the pest control was very well done.
The air con unit could use a little maintenance, it was making a lot of noises.
