Would of been perfect but for the pool charges
Pros:

Convenient when I’m coming in from Australia
You know what your getting and you get the same experience every time

Cons:

I booked through booking.com and was told I had to pay £15 to use the pool and spa facilities!
Didn’t have that Clear when I booked and I payed the same price as if I had booked direct.
Never been told it charged before so I was disappointed especially as I’m staying there on three different occasions when I’m over here and I have also booked my father in for a few days! They also have no rooms with just an ensuite shower in the main hotel which seems very short sighted for older guests

A most memorable weekend!! 🌹
Pros:

The receptionist team SASHA and EMILY are a credit to the hotel!! Absolutely fantastic!! SASHA in particular was a superstar in understanding what needed doing to resolve a situation that arose and I cannot thank her enough for helping me, which made and in fact, saved my weekend!!!

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the images shown for the room I believed I was booking, were in fact very misleading, as they were NOT the room I was paying for!!! THIS IS NOT the hotels doing....it is BOOKING.COM needing to update their room gallery data.
Thankfully SASHA from the hotel saved my weekend by resolving this matter for me during a very busy period for the hotel and I am indebted to her!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰
The restaurant was good also, although a member of the team, I would suggest, having been in Hotel management, needs some additional training and further product knowledge. Otherwise.....fab!! Thank you!! 👌🏻👌🏻🥂
