Im allgemeinen ein guter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist! Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Cons:

Das 3. Bett war ein sehr hartes Sofa, extrem ungemütlich! Auch die Polster sind sehr ungemütlich.
Zu dritt hat man zu wenig Platz, im Bad befindet sich keine Ablage und man kann seine Sachen nirgends aufhängen.

Gut und zentral gelegen

Cons:

Es war das hinterste Zimmer (405) mit Aussicht auf einen hässlichen Hinterhof. Der Ventilator im der Toilette funktionierte nicht. Dusche in Badewanne, für ältere Leute eher ungeeignet. Andere Zimmer waren moderner eingerichtet, wie wir gesehen haben.

Zi. 102 4 Betten ,sehr laut, Innenhof surrendes Geräusch, Klimaanlage? auch teilweise innen, stört Schlaf sehr. Sehr klein. Zu teuer.

Perfect hotel for a city break in Innsbruck

Pros:

1) The cleaning personnel was pretty outstanding. The room was spotless every day and it was cleaned every day. They emptied the bins every time and they didn't touch any of the potential garbage that were in other places. Even if this sounds bad, I think it was good because somebody might want to keep those (like empty bottles).

2) The bed was very comfortable. I find the hardness of the mattress to be perfect; not too soft, not too hard.

3) Nice room design.

4) Shower was great and it was probably the only shower cabinet that doesn't spill water outside. Good water isolation and drainage.

5) The restaurant was very good. The veal Schnitzel I had there was excellent.

6) The location was great. Just being two blocks away from the central station is very convenient; you can reach anywhere very easily.

7) The Welcome Visitor Card (plus in my case) was very useful to get around and not have to pay or worry about much of the transport in the central area.

Cons:

I found it slightly inconvenient/disorganized to get served in the restaurant. There were many areas and it was not clear if you should first as some waiter for a table or just seat anywhere. I sat on a table somewhere and I didn't get served. It was not clear if they were aware that I was there. Then I stood somewhere in a hall with waiters passing by and no one attending me. It was 8 o' clock and one of the waitresses made an awkward expression when asked, as if the restaurant was about to close, but the kitchen really closed after 9/9:30. Anyway, aside from that, once I was given a table, everything was good.
