A gem - a wonderfully comfortable and upmarket hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Hotel Sailer has traditional Austrian flair combined with modern touches. It is close to the train station but not directly next to it. The historical centre is walking distance away.

Das Rührei beim Frühstück war ungeniessbar: die Eier hatten einen Schwefelgeuch abgegeben und waren auch farblich ziemlich grau… somit eigentlich ungeniessbar. Das Weitere Essensangebot war reichlich und gut.

Fully satisfactory experience
Pros:

I stayed with my wife to attend a one-week conference. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We appreciate the kindness and help from your staff. The food at your restaurant is excellent. Rooms are clean and the noise level is low. The hotel is in a great location, a walking distance form the historic center. A great value and a friendly atmosphere.

Понравилось только расположение в самом центре города близко ко всем достопримечательностям

Никогда бы не посоветовал этот отель он довольно стар позиционирует себя как 4 звезды но на деле крепкая троечка.Цена за сутки в номере была довольно высокой за минимум удобств.Не рекомендую.Разочарован

Все було чудово, але був один нюанс

Привітний персонал на рецепції, гарне розташування, чистота в номері, свій паркінг

Cons:

Персоналу в ресторані треба бути більш гнучким. Під час сніданку рівно о 10-25 оголосили що о 10-30 всі мають покинути приміщення ресторану. Чесно кажучи вперше з таким стикаюсь, зазвичай у інших готелях дають людям закінчити сніданок, особливо коли ще снідають діти. Вибір страв на сніданок не дуже.
