A Very good stay.
Pros:

The Location of this hotel is excellent. Excellent breakfast , small but very clean Lobby, having a small kids area. The Staff was very attentive, very quick check in and check out

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Location was very convenient, the room was comfortable it was a very nice hotel.

Cons:

We didn't like that the cleaners took our 2nd key, i managed to get it off them as they ran in every direction and came back with all these keys and tried my room door with them until they found mine !. Then found out they also did the same to my sisters room which I found very odd . We did report it to reception they confirmed this should not happen and that's all they said.

Better than most hotels, not as good as some.
Pros:

Location to train station and all attractions was great and breakfast was sufficient. I liked the adjustable glass on the tub for the shower. Room lighting was warm and I really liked the closet area. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The sofa bed was awful!!!

Sehr angenehme Übernachtung an Top-öV-Verkehrslage
Pros:

Als Transit-Reisende mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr (Bahn) war für uns die sehr gute Lage, in Fusswegdistanz zum Hauptbahnhof Innsbruck entscheidend. Sehr freundliches und schnelles Check-In. Obwohl an verkehrsreicher Lage gelegen, genossen wir eine sehr angenehme, ruhige Nacht. Alles in Allem und gemessen an der Lage stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist gut geplant und das Hotel ist gut gelegen.

Cons:

Am zweiten Tag wurde das Bett nicht gemacht. Ebenso war bei meiner Rückkehr am Nachmittag das Fenster geöffnet (32° C Außentemperatur) bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage. Da muss das Reinigungspersonal in Eile gewesen sein.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig.
Das Restaurant ist sehr heimelig und der Biergarten sehr schön, wenn das Wetter gut ist.

Cons:

Keine begehbare Dusche im Badezimmer.
