I would not go back
Cons:

It looked different to the photos advertised and was more like a B&B above a bar.
When we approached the hotel, there was a. big ashtray full of cigarettes in front of the entrance. The steps to Reception were dirty and squeaky. The man on Reception said although there was a restaurant, it was not being used and no breakfast available. There was hardly any room in the shower and the shower head was next to the taps, not head height and the step out of it was dangerous. We had problems finding a hotel on the day we stayed, due to an event in Munich, so instead of the hotel room being 56 euros it was actually 299 euros, which was scandalous! Profiteering at its worse!

Gute Ausstattung, sauber, freundlich, großes Zimmer, Terrasse, nah zur Autobahn. Im Stadtzentrum, Restaurant günstig unten, eigene Parkplätze vorhanden. Usw

Cons:

Seifenspender weit von der Dusche, kein Vorhang in der Badewanne ( Jacuzzi der noch kaputt ist)

Ich vermute Bettwanzen!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, ein Öffnen der Fenster ist in dem stickigen Zimmer wegen des Lärms kaum möglich.
Das Zimmer entspricht nicht im entfernten dem der Bilder.
Bei den uralt Matratzen stechen Federn hervor.
An der Decke hängen eine nackte Glühbirnen. Die Nachttischlampe ist zersprungen, man kann sich schneiden und an die nackte Zuleitung fassen.
Der Föhn ist defekt.

Disappointed at best with facility.
Pros:

The location is close to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. The woman who cleans rooms is very nice.

Cons:

Check in process is horrible especially if you arrive on a Sunday. Make certain the hotel sends you the three number key box code and you know your room number. I was there during a heat wave and the room was unbearably hot. There is no way to contact the owners on Sunday. A woman showed up on Sunday and had we not been leaving she would not have had a way into the building. I still had the code number. She had no info for her room number so she had to take all the keys to find her single room. She tried calling the manager, texting the manager and bookings.com to no avail.
The man who is one of the owners is extremely rude. The attached restaurant is mediocre at best. The service is horrible.

Bei meinem Zimmer handelt es sich um eine typische Arbeiterunterkunft und hatte mir den Bildern auf booking.com nichts gemeinsam...nicht mal annähernd. Ausstattung sehr schlecht, Dachflächenfenster defekt, TV ohne Funktion, Sanitärinstallation mangelhaft
