Cons:

Wir erhielten den Code für den Nachttresor, durften irgend ein Zimmerschlüssel auswählen.
Danach suchten wir krampfhaft das Zimmer auf drei Etagen bis wir herausfanden, dass dieses Zimmer nicht im Hauptgebäude ist.
Wir mussten die Notfallnummer anrufen. Der nette Herr erklärte uns dann wo das Nebengebäude liegt.
Diese frustrierende Zimmersuche wäre nicht nötig gewesen wenn man es uns vorgängig am Telefon erklärt hätte oder im Nachttresor einen Lageplan zur Verfügung gestellt hätte.
Das hat noch Verbesserungspotential.

Došao, prespavao uz zvuke automobila i neću se vratiti.

Parking je bio prepun jer nije isključivo za goste hotela, nego i za restoran. Jedan od uvjeta i razloga zašto sam uzeo smještaj kod njih je što imaju parking za goste hotela. Tražio sam da mi omoguće 2 parking mjesta jer sam imao prikolicu, bio sam spreman i za nadoplatu. Na kraju sam i auto i prikolicu morao parkirati na ulici. Neprihvatljivo.
Soba se nalazi u drugom objektu, 20-30 m dalje, osoblje mi je samo pokazalo kuću u daljini i reklo da je tamo moja soba. Niti koja vrata niti koja točno kuća, niti koji ključ za koja vrata, nemaju oznake, itd.. Osim toga soba je preuređeni poslovni prostor, tako da zapravo spavate u izlogu i od ceste Vas dijeli samo zavjesa preko velikog stakla izloga. Na staklu je mutna folija, da Vas baš ne mogu vidjeti izvana. No buka je značajna jer se objekt nalazi kraj glavne ulice. Mali prozor, bočno nema mutno staklo, vidi se izvana ako se posebno ne potrudite da razvučete zavjesu i učvrstite ju.
Tuš nema kabinu, nego zavjesu, koja baš i ne pristaje.
Ključ se ostavlja u poštanskom sandučiću, jer recepcija ne radi rano ujutro. Nije mi objašnjeno u kojem poštanskom sandučiću, na glavnom objektu ili kući u kojoj sam spavao.
