I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the upgrade. Just felt that maybe maintenance to the property was not a high priority.
Pros:

I had a free upgrade which I greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The bed was super comfy.

Cons:

I tripped on the step up bathroom and toilet- so dangerous at my age that I had to leave the light on in case I forgot. The toilet seat was loose and I couldn’t lock one set of sliding doors on the balcony. I felt that there were maintenance issues that should have been addressed.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay with great facilities and atmosphere.
Pros:

The property had a lovely atmosphere and offered plenty of enjoyable amenities and activities. The pool and wellness areas were especially relaxing and beautifully designed, making the stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

Housekeeping and general maintenance could use a little more attention in some areas to improve the overall experience.

A pleasant stay but expected better quality apartment for the cost.
Pros:

Convenient location with a good bus service. The facilities were good and friendly staff. The kitchen facilities were very good.

Cons:

The apartment was very dated and in need if an upgrade. There were chipped floor tiles throughout the property with badly stained sofas and rug. The shower door was old and water damaged in the corners.
