Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s close location to Hastings Street.
Pros:

Outdoor facilities were fine. Gardens looked lovely.

Cons:

The room was dated. Mould in bathroom, cobwebs on windows and surfaces that hadn’t seen a cloth for some time.
The room had a coffee machine which had no supplied coffee pods.
The extra blanket in the wardrobe hadn’t been washed for quite some time. We had to use it as one of our nights was very chilly.
I’m sure the complex features more up to date rooms and we were just unfortunate to strike one that was sub standard.
We came specifically for the Noosa Concours Elegance as we do each year, but are unsure where we will stay next year.

Location was great, unit was dirty.
Pros:

The location was great. Just a short walk to Noosa beach (hill involved) and also to Noosa Junction. We found a beaut coffee shop, The Coffee Noosa, which become our local for our stay. On arrival, finding the lockbox for the rooms keys was easy, so check-in was a breeze. The gym had a good set up too.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room wasn't properly cleaned. We had dirty dishes, and it wasn't just one or two items - pans, plates & cups. The table, coffee table and tv cabinet services were sandy. The hot water was an issue, or should I say, lack of hot water. The main shower for the first night didn't get hot at all. For the remainder, we had to run the hot tap for ages before it got hot and we had to have it on full. Very uncomfortable couch. The living and bathroom areas have floor tiles which need a deep grout clean. The whole resort is not very well maintained and the whole apartment needs a renovation.

Good location but overpriced and pictures aren’t accurate.

Good location to the main beach and noosa junction

Cons:

Wasn’t very clean, could hear everything outside and in the room next door, so when people are leaving early with cases you can hear it clear as day. Facilities weren’t the best in the room either and the room was very old, dusty and dirty.
Doesn’t look like the pictures at all, very filtered.

Great value in Noosa with families
Pros:

Great location right between Hastings street and Noosa junction - steep hill BUT the local bus is right out the front! 90 seconds to get up and down the hill, godsend with kids. The pool was perfect for kids aged 3-13 our room overlooked the main pool so you felt like the room was much larger. Perfect for family holidays with a kitchen and washing machine and dryer we used constantly. It's a 5 min walk to the closest IGA (and Kmart!) perfect location for a family holiday with real value. Also got the bus out the front to eumundi markets , great experience!

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Heated pool and spas were very good. Undercover car parking was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We had a very small basic studio which did not meet our expectations, especially with the lack of cooking facilities. The small TV was not functioning properly.

Good value for money in a convenient location, with friendly staff and great facilities, though some rooms could benefit
Pros:

The location was very convenient, situated between Hastings Street and Noosa Junction, with both areas around a 10-minute walk away. The pool was great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The room was quite dated and the furniture felt old. While the photos did suggest that the rooms were older, the interior felt a little tired compared to the beautiful surroundings. We noticed some renovated rooms that looked much more modern and inviting. Also, there was no lift, which made carrying two large suitcases up and down the stairs with children quite challenging.
