location was excellent - staff were helpful and polite - room was smaller than thought which was disappointing - bar area, cafe and outside seating areas - all good

Cons:

The fact that you are given a discounted rate if you book breakfast in advance where as if you book breakfast on the morning, you are charged extra. This is unfair as guests are still guests

Belle chambre, petit déjeuner top

Cons:

la rue sur laquelle donne la chambre est très bruyante . Plusieurs camions-poubelle sont passés pendant la nuit et on ne pouvait pas fermer la fenêtre

We loved the hotel. Just wish the room was cooler.

It was extremely hot in the room so we didn’t sleep at all during the 3 nights we were there. Someone in the courtyard was smoking so anytime we opened the windows that’s all we could smell.

Cons:

I was asked for a security deposit at check-in. This is a breach of contract. At checkout I was told it would take a day or two to process and if nor received to contact the hotel. Still not reimbursed. I should not have to chase this. Absolute disgrace.
