It's a great spot, close to the castle and gardens. Most of the stuff were very kind and helpful, but seemed amateur in some cases.

Cons:

The young waiter took our plate while we were still having breakfast below our arms and did not manage to have a smile during 3 days.

Die Bewirtung und das Abendessen.
Das Zimmer, bis auf das keine Dusche im Bad war und die Badheizung nicht funktionierte, obwohl wir 3 mal bescheid gesagt haben. Das Badezimmer war sehr kalt. Fast niemand konnte deutsch.

Cons:

Frühstück immer das gleiche, nur ein Kaffeeautomat.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip, sehr nettes Team, sehr komfortabel, sehr gutes Frühstück, Top Lage. Das Auto ist in der (kostenpflichtigen) Tiefgarage sicher aufgehoben. Alles in Allem sehr gut und Daumen hoch!

ConfortabIe et situé proche des lieux touristiques sans les nuisances et personnel attentionné.
Pros:

A côté du château et proche de la vieille ville et du pont Charles (mais sans les nuisances), on peut tout faire à pieds, sinon station de métro et lignes de tram juste à côté de l'hôtel. Personnel très attentionné et remerciements particuliers à Petr qui a répondu rapidement à notre demande ainsi qu'à Nicoll la concierge pour les conseils et les réservations de notre excursion et la vue magnifique au restaurant.

Cons:

Le tram passe devant l'hôtel et peut parfois être source de nuisance.
L'établissement accepte les animaux qui peuvent aussi être source de nuisances.
