after staying the 3rd time, i was impressed with the consistently of the experience.
Pros:

third straight year staying there during the indy time trials. good location, great price, and staff.

I would stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

The begging and towels were stained. The floor was dirty and there were bugs on the sheets and in the bathroom. The bugs were not bedbugs but I believe they were drain flys. I don’t know why they would be on the sheets.

Location has access to good takeaway food.
Easy access to highways.

More clean.
