Service
9.2
Generally described as friendly and helpful in many reviews (reception, assistance), though there are isolated reports of poor attention and check-in/cancellation issues; overall service sentiment is positive.
Location
9.2
Repeatedly praised as a very good, convenient location for sightseeing and transport; a few comments note interior rooms with no views or a dark street nearby, but location is a clear strength.

Rooms vary: some guests found them comfortable and spacious, but many report outdated rooms, worn mattresses, noisy/old bathroom doors, humidity and lack of renovation—room quality is below average.

Several guests felt the price was slightly high for the hotel's condition and needed room renovations; value is perceived as below the expected level for the cost.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is frequently described as abundant, good quality and a highlight (fresh orange juice mentioned), though a few guests noted repetition and lack of vegetables.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall impressions skew positive with many 'beautiful' or 'very good' stays and satisfaction with location/cleanliness and breakfast; occasional negative incidents (service lapses, room issues) are present but most guests report a good experience.

Cons:

Cons:

Todo muy bien.
