Dispendieux.

The different activities provided for the kids during spring break were great! The outdoor and indoor pools were their favourite. The ice rink, thought not well kept, was also their go-to spot.
3 staff members we encountered were not helpful at all.
It was our first time at the Manoir, so we didn't know where things were. When I asked at the reception where the ice rink was, she told me "Go outside and turn left. Better yet, ask the doorman, he will know!" But when I asked the doorman, he said "Turn right". After telling him what the receptionist said, he added "Oh! well turn left then". Dude! Do you realize how hot and frustrated I am right now going around the hotel with my snow suit and carrying skating equipment for 3 people? I ended up calling my sister who knew better and gave me the right directions!
We signed up for ice fishing. When we got to the sign up place, this is when the lady told us that it's actually 15mins away by car and if we leave now, we'll be too late. Well, isn't that something that I'd have liked to know beforehand? We had to cancel that activity.
For tubing, you would take your donuts and slide on a piece of wooden board for less than a second. I thought that was a miserable way of tubing, but the kids managed to do it more than a couple of times.
The game room was lacking. After 10mins there, you're done. I wish they would add more arcade games.
The people who have been there before said services have now deteriorated.
Top class hotel
Marc in golf shop was excellent.
Sauna had a glass frontage.
Portion allocation at dinner. Menu advertised duck breast. Didn’t realise I would have to share it with two others.
Chocolate pudding was good, though.
