The location. It was clean enough. It was quiet. I liked the valet option.

Cons:

The make-shift front desk, the construction and the dining options. I also could not get an itemized bill because I booked with a third party so as a business traveler I needed an itemized receipt. This has caused such a problem for me that I probably wont stay there again.

Mediocre hotel in high price range
Pros:

Location, although there was construction right across the street.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The AC was too loud and we had to turn it off, which made the room uncomfortable.
Didnt have cups in the room to make coffee.
Parking is not included and had to park next door as their parking was full.
Had to wait 15 min to take the elevator as the hotel was crowded and didnt have enough elevators to accomodate everyone.
No lobby to rest, under construction I guess. Not reflected on the room prices though.

Ubicación excelente, muy cómodo para moverse por Boston y por Cambridge.
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, en la puerta del metro de la línea roja que te deja en 2 paradas en el centro de Boston. Amabilidad del personal. Habitaciones y camas bien.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en obras y no lo sabíamos por lo que la recepción estaba en la planta 3. No era agradable entrar en el hotel porque estaba todo tapado.
El baño tenía las cortinas sucias, con manchas muy feas, y no habían retirado una toalla pequeña sucia con un jabón de una de las estanterías cuando entramos en la habitación. No avisamos ni dijimos nada y lo tiramos nosotros a la basura.
