Disappointing management of their own error that impacted me in a big way
Cons:

Overcharged 2000 Swiss francs and didn't return it. Staff were not helpful at all and all of them said "They will deal with it" only to have it not dealt with on the last day. This meant I was out of pocket for a significant amount of money for a long time with no acknowledgement or guarantee from staff that it was on it's way back at all. Simple error could have been dealt with much better but simply nobody wanted to do any actual work they were all depressed. Also there was no lobby or reception it was terrible.

Very comfortable stay and great alternative to staying in Boston

Pros:

Nice location.

Cons:

Currently undergoing renovations, which was not mentioned prior to booking. Very small restaurant, have to wait for the buffet for more than 20 minutes. Coffee available while waiting but they were all empty! My advice is to eat out; unfortunately, we already purchased the room with breakfast. I highly advise against that given the great location of the hotel; there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

We took the high floor option and got the side with a huge construction site for the view. They most likely favor direct reservations over booking.com ones.
