Nice staff and great location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to restaurants, sites, shops, metro, etc. The staff are always helpful and welcoming, especially Jorge at the reception. The room is nicely designed, very clean and spacious. The bed and linens are comfy. So is the aircon. Stayed for eight nights on two seperate occasions during our last trip to Madrid. Will stay here again if we return to the city in the future.

انا الان في برشلونه واشتاق لغرفتي في فندق فينسي صنف اربع نجوم لكني اعطيه سبع نجوم

فندق جديد ونظيف وانيق وهاديء اعجبني الديكور كثيرا كما انهم جهزوا الغرفه مسبقا واستلمت الغرفه قبل الموعد الساعه الواحده طلبت غرفتان وكانوا لطفاء جدا وفروا لنا غرفتين بجانب بعض موظفي الاستقبال كانوا عسل

Oldukça keyifli
Pros:

Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyi. Personel güleryüzlü ve oldukça ilgili yardımcıydı. Otelin lobisinde 7-24 ikram edilen limonlu su ise gerçekten çok iyiydi.
