Pros:

etwas abseits von der Innenstadt, die aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Sehr ruhige und grüne Umgebung. Parkplätze in genügender Anzahl vorhanden.

Pros:

Das Angebot innerhalb des Hotels inklusive Pool und Sauna. Das Personal war selbst bei hohem Besucheraufkommen im Restaurant schnell und stets freundlich. Der Ausenbereich mit den Sitzmöglichkeiten am Wasser waren ebenfalls sehr schön und d gemütlich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer dezent chic und alles war sehr sauber. Das Angebot des Fahrradverleihs haben wir gerne genutzt und war absolut unproblematisch. Die Betten waren bequem und bei der Hitze haben wir die vorhandene Klimaanlage sehr genossen.

Eigentlich hat uns nahezu alles gefallen :)

Perfect location and views amd snacks
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location. We loved evening strolls, much better than loud city centre hotels, although a very short walk. So much attention to detail, I loooveed the green duck💚 being able to park at the hotel was a cherry on top. Thank you kindly we will be coming back

Normaal schrijf ik nauwelijks slechte reviews, maar door de slechte afhandeling aan de receptie deze keer wel.

Helaas, niet de ervaring waar we op gehoopt hadden. We hadden dit hotel geboekt om een paar dagen tot rust te komen na een hele drukke periode. De ligging, de vier sterren, sauna en zwembad waren hierbij uiteindelijk doorslaggevend om dit hotel te boeken.

Tijdens het inchecken werd ons plomp mede gedeeld dat de volgende dag de elektra aangepakt werd; geen stroom van 10:30 uur tot 14:30 uur in onze kamer en de sauna's buiten gebruik. De eerste domper; dit had wel ruimer van tevoren aangekondigd mogen worden bij degenen die een boeking geplaatst hebben. Als we dit vooraf hadden geweten, hadden we een dag later geboekt.

Maar goed.. uiteindelijk in de middag wel gebruik kunnen maken van de sauna en bij het zwembad kunnen relaxen.

Op dag 2 werd wederom het gebruik van de sauna's en onze ontspanning onderbroken, doordat er - zonder aankondiging of communicatie - ruim een uur gezaagd en geboord werd in de sauna's. Dit terwijl wij op dat moment in die ruimte aanwezig waren.

Er zou een bank zijn doorgezakt. Heel vervelend en ongelukkig, maar het was zo minimaal doorgezakt (wij hebben er niets van gemerkt toen we 5 min daarvoor nog gebruik gemaakt hebben van de betreffende sauna) dat die werkzaamheden ook buiten de openingsuren van het zwembad plaats hadden kunnen vinden.

Bij de receptie hebben we aangegeven teleurgesteld te zijn over de gang van zaken, omdat er twee van de drie dagen faciliteiten gewoon niet op orde waren. Hier kregen we nul op rekest. "Oh, vervelend."

En door deze manier van afhandelen ook direct maar het volgende:
We hebben extra betaald voor een kamer met uitzicht op het meer. Deze kamer grensde aan het trappenhuis, waardoor vanaf 8 uur in de ochtend we praktisch elke 10 minuten gewekt werden door de hard dichtslaande deur van het trappenhuis. De kamer is ZEER gehorig zeker in combinatie met de ligging.

Stadtnah, trotzdem idyllisch
Pros:

Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Zimmer teilweise mit Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern bzw. Sonnenschutz vor dem Balkon. ALLE Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.
Abendessen im Restaurant war immer lecker! Der „grüne“ Anspruch des Hotels wird beim Frühstück ad-absurdum geführt, weil die Hälfte des Angebots in Einzelportionen abgepackt war.

Cons:

Citytax kostet 10 % vom Zimmerpreis!! Je teurer das Zimmer, desto teurer die Abgabe, eine böse Überraschung beim Checkout.

Great experience
Pros:

Nice quiet location outside the city center, only a 20' walk on foot. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. Friendly staff, smooth check-in and out. Large, clean and modern room with a beautiful view. Very good breakfast buffet with all you could ask for. Great value for money, we'll definately come again.
