Great location as we were at the Mercedes Benz Stadium for the FIFA Match! Breakfast area gets a little crowded at peak time but everything else was great and the food, good!

My husband and I work MomoCon every year and we’ve stayed at Embassy Suites the last 3 years. Previous years the morning breakfast was chaotic and loud. This year was well organized and considered. I was so impressed with the management by Devonte as it ensured everyone got what they wanted, had a good experience, and in a timely and orderly manner. Your comms between the different staff were excellent too - ensuring your folks across different parts of the hotel were aligned if a guest needed assistance. One guest forgot their voucher and Devonte handled it with empathy and care while communicating with the reception via headset to anticipate the semi-frustrated guest’s needs so it turned from a inconvenience to a good experience.
The property was in a great locations. We were there for a concert at State Farm Arena and it was about a 6 minute walk! Close to the aquarium, coca-cola museum and so much more!
Nice room with the couch and separate bedroom. The pool was great .
Our toilet ran they sent someone to fix it . We had to listen to it all night. It took 3 tries to get it fixed . They did give us 5,000 miles . Which doesn’t seem like much.

They could not find our reservation. We sat for 1 1/2 hours while they were sloowwwllly looking for it . We were starving tired and missed their happy hour because we sat there so long. Then she tried to give us wrong person’s reservation that sounded kind of like our name. Then she gave us room with one bed for 1 for one night ( we were family of 5 with reservation for 5 people for 2 night which we told her million times by that point ) . Then she gave us room for 5 but made it for one night . Then she said she fixed for two night … but guess what next day nobody could find it again !!! And our name changed on TV to another person. We went downstairs and they tried to tell us same story about reservation. We got fed up asked to talk to manager and he finally took care of it. We wasted so much time on this!! We were there for fifa so it was busy for breakfast it was mad house , no forks no bowls half empty food they did their best but they were not prepared for the crowd. Now let’s talk about beds ….. they are tinnyyy. I measured it, 4 feet wide is advertised as 2 queen bed ( queen bed is 5 feet wide ) pull out couch was like sleeping on metal strings. Suite room was spacious that’s the only plus. Our room was not cleaned after first night , not sure if you have to request it or they just don’t clean your room during your stay. Over all it was close to fifa activities and stadium that was the biggest plus . I wouldn’t stay there again.
