Had great time and would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Excellent loation for our stay as well as other sites. Breakfast fantastic! Pool was great when it was open. Unfortunately, it was closed on our last day but they did offer for us to use the sister hotel pool. Communication was excellent!

Cons:

Ruth Chris restaurant was just ok. The steak was excellent but the sides were not up to par. Service was very slow especially with children.

The Magic shows make it worth it, loved the staff and really loved the rooms
Pros:

The hotel goes out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay which is so important these days

Spend more time promoting your magician. He’s awesome and deserves more advertising from you all at the desk

Cons:

I hate food substitutes.
So while I appreciate they do an amazing breakfast I wish it was real food not “eggs” - or turkey sausage and bacon subsidies. I want real eggs, real bacon and real food. I can stand the substitutes that cheapen food. We didn’t like that part but do appreciate they made an effort to serve something hot. Even the omelets are made with fake eggs and fake butter, would rather have real food and pay for it than have food companies substitutes for commercial hotels

Would definitely recommend, as everything was great and the location made getting around so easy!
Pros:

Room was great, breakfast was great, location was wonderful!

Cons:

Arrived 1.5 hours after scheduled 4 pm check in. Room was not ready; was told they were "putting a few finishing touches" on the room. Was never notified that the room was ready, went back to the desk around 40 minutes later and the room still wasn't ready. Left our luggage there so we could grab dinner and get to the event we were attending. As we were walking back to the hotel from the event, got a call asking if we were planning to check in...just a little annoying since we had tried to check in twice earlier.
