First rate hotel
Pros:

The room was quiet, comfortable and spotless. Location of the hotel is right on Centennial Park. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was first rate, including a made to order omelet station.

Cons:

Can't think of any downsides. As others have mentioned, the hotel has valet parking only but that's pretty standard at most larger downtown hotels. I was able to park in a nearby lot with a 5 minute walk using Spot Hero app for less than half the price of the hotel valet. So even if the cost of the valet parking is an issue for you, it's one that can be worked around.

Breakfast was great with a variety of options. Close to the State Farm Arena and other attractions/activities.

Cons:

Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Everything else was good.

Pros:

We stayed at this location for a concert at State Farm Arena. This location is within walking distance, which was very convenient.
But I have to speak of the staff. Particularly Patrick the night manager. He was phenomenal. He went out of his way to accommodate my mother and I. Made sure we had everything we needed, escorted us to our room.
Also, this location has a Ruth’s Chris steakhouse which was quite a treat.

Cons:

The hotel ran out of water. But again, Patrick the manager came through with a couple of bottles from my mom and I.

The location was perfect for whywe where there.

Cons:

I did not get the room I paid for. I paid for a King and got a room with2 very small beds instead. When I let the front desk know all they said was they sold out of King rooms. That's why I booked ahead, so I could get a King one bedroom. Instead we had to sleep In separate beds.

For the hotel to be so big, it seems like they need more elevators.
