Grate place
Pros:

Fantastic place. Welcoming and helpful staff. The place has their own parking. Would definitely come back again.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional! Very friendly and accommodating. Communication was easy (which often is not while travelling) but had no issues here. Location was great too! Walking distance from Belgrade fortress and very well connected to the city centre.

Cons:

The only gripes I have are that the rooms could have been cleaner upon arrival (and cleaned better during my stay), and that there were some basic facilities that I did miss during my stay (such as an iron in the room, milk/creamer for coffee/tea) etc.

Хорошее расположение, до всех интересных мест можно добраться пешком.
Хорошая уборка и косметика в номере
Завтрака достаточно, чтобы поесть, но могло бы быть и разнообразнее.

Cons:

Если честно, сервис гостиницы поверг в шок.
Не пополняют бесплатно воду ежедневно, при этом уверяют, что воду можно пить из-под крана. С таким предложением от гостиницы сталкиваюсь впервые. В дальнейшем при общении с местными жителями узнала, что все-таки пить воду из-под крана не рекомендуют.
Кофейные капсулы оказались платными. С таким тоже впервые сталкиваюсь в гостиницах такого соотношения цены. Это просто немыслимо. Самые дешевые капсулы, с тольстой фольгой.
Заселили нас позже, чем заявлено в стандартах заселения (заселили аж в 16). Но за это отдельно извинились и предоставили бесплатный обед, на мою оценку сервиса повлиял не этот пункт.
Но видимо в такой спешке подготовки номера забыли оставить зубные наборы, пополнить мыло и салфетки, оставить кондиционер для волос. По каждой мелочи приходилось звонить.
Интернет абсолютно не подходит для работы (и вообще открытия браузера). Замер в первый день показал 8 Мбит/с, что невероятно медленно. Но на следующий день it-специалист вроде поправил проблему и стало лучше

המלון מאוד חדיש ומודרני, ברמה גבוהה מאוד, האוכל טרי מאוד בא. בוקר. שירות מצויין בקבלה, ענו על כל השאלות, אפשרו להישאר כמה שעות אחרי השעה של צ'ק אאוט בלי תוספת תשלום. באמת שירות ברמה מאוד גבוהה. מיטה ענקית, מצעים נעימים במיוחד, כספת שעבדה בצורה קלה עם הקוד ההוראות כתובות על הכספת.

Cons:

ספא זה רק סאונה יבשה, החמאם לא עבד. זה היה די מבאס. גם המיקום של המלון הוא בתוך שכונת מגורים כך שהוא רחוק מנקודות עניין מרכזיות. אין בריכות שחיה בכלל במלונות שם, לא ברור איך וממה האורחים אמורים להינות. זה רק לבוא לישון.
