Srpski: Sve mi se veoma dopalo. Celokupno osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, uslužno i uvek tu kada god je nešto bilo potrebno. Posebno želim da se zahvalim najdivnijoj spremačici, Snežani, koja je svojom srdačnošću učinila moj boravak još lepšim.
Mnogo će mi nedostajati vreme provedeno ovde. Ako ponovo budem dolazila u Beograd, tačno znam gde ću rezervisati svoj boravak.
Hvala vam puno na svemu – ovde sam se osećala zaista prijatno.

Ich werde die Zeit hier sehr vermissen. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Belgrad kommen, weiß ich genau, wo ich meinen Hotelaufenthalt buchen werde.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent, which helped make the stay enjoyable. With better maintenance and more attention to cleanliness, this hotel has the potential to be much better.
The hotel was okay overall. From the outside, it looks modern and inviting, but once you’re inside, you start to notice a lack of maintenance and attention to detail. The reception area on the way to the elevator had a wet floor once, and there were stains on the white walls throughout the corridors. Although the hotel appears to be relatively new, it already shows signs of wear and doesn’t seem to be maintained to the standard it deserves.
The room had stained carpet, a clogged sink, and some of the finishing touches felt below par. The housekeeping team could also put more effort into making the rooms truly spotless. Don’t get me wrong—the room was generally clean, but it lacked the level of cleanliness you would expect from a hotel of this standard.
Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben.
Der Service war ausgezeichnet und meine Wünsche wurden stets freundlich und professionell erfüllt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und komme sehr gerne wieder.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Absolut empfehlenswert!
