Pros:

Kahvaltı standart ortalama oda temizleniyor ama biten su - kalem yerine yenisi ile yenilenmiyor. Fiyat performans söz konusu ise fazlasıyla alıyorsunuz karşılığını.

Cons:

Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Personel ingilizcesi zayıf. Yemekler daha taze sıcak olabilirdi

A pleasant and cozy experience that I wouldn’t mind to try again if I will be back to Belgrade.
Pros:

In general very nice experience.
The design of the public spaces and room.
The cleanliness of the whole hotel in general.
The staff is very friendly and polite.
Very good food and nice atmosphere.
The private garage is an important detail.

Cons:

Just a couple of little details, nothing serious.
We wanted to use the room service and order food but the menu’s section in the Compendium folder was missing. And we couldn’t find it anywhere else.
Our room had a bath tub, it would have been great if it had at least a glass or a curtain to prevent splashing the rest of the bathroom.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful!

We had a truly pleasant stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the surroundings.

What impressed us the most, however, was the exceptional service. Angela and her colleague (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They were always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Good, very happy!!
Pros:

Good facilities, nice spacious rooms, good breakfast. Location is okay.

Cons:

A tiny bit far from the centre, but really not a problem if you are able to walk :)
