Très bon hôtel, personnel très agréable, bon repas, juste à côté de l'océan.
The cocktails were lovely, the size of the room and lots of storage was good, we had a wonderful view from our balcony and the gym was well equipped. Also, delicious coffee. Very comfy bed!
Upon arrival we had to wait 25 minutes to check in, everything was very slow. We were then informed that what we consider the basics would be charged extra such as the use of the safe in the room would be €18. If you wanted more than one change of pool towels you'd be charged for fresh towels. Cakes and snacks in the coffee bar charged extra.
The room had no towels in it after check in (two hand towels) so we had to go and source some. The air con leaked a puddle on the floor and my partner slipped on it and hurt his back. They did come to fix it but the damage was done. The mini fridge was broken, the door tray to put water in fell out of the fridge. Water was not replenished when the room was serviced. My bedside socket didn't work, thankfully we'd brought an extension lead. There was also no proper duvet cover it was a large sheet with a duvet inbetween another large sheet not buttoned or tied in to the sheets surrounding it, very strange.
Food, most of the reason we choose to opt for somewhere seemingly nice and all inclusive was at best mediocre. It had canteen vibes, none of it was horrible but the selection was very basic and the food itself wasn't enjoyable. Also, not a lot of Spanish food which is the bit we looked forward to.
Getting served in the restaurant area was slow and painful and god forbid you want a top up.
Cockroaches, there was one running around the gym floor and one sitting on the coffee bar. When I pointed it out to the woman serving coffee she just shrugged and ignored it.
WiFi was in and out, thankfully we had our o2 roaming or it would've been frustrating.
Sunbeds: Day 1 we saw all of the sunbeds got reserved pretty early but we blagged the last two at about 2pm as it was gale force winds it wasn't as busy as when we'd arrived. Day 2 I went down to reserve beds which I've never had to do but it seemed the done thing.
Colazione ottima. Per quanto riguarda la posizione ottima per la spiaggia ma ritengo che un po’ fuori mano i negozi inclusa la farmacia che se uno è solo e non sta bene deve prendere un taxi
L’accesso alla spiaggia: troppe scale con ascensore che arriva solo ad un livello non ancora al piano spiaggia; specie al rientro fiato e assicurato! Altra cosa per me grave l’assenza di un PC corner a disposizione di TUTTI gli ospiti ( non solo i Privilege) anche a pagamento perché a tutti può capitare di avere un problema da risolvere non fattibile dall’ IPhone e non avere con sé in vacanza tablet o altro
La playa que no es suya
El hotel lo único que tiene que ofrecer es una playa paradisíaca que no es suya gracias a Dios porque a saber como la tendrían, un hotel muy decepcionante un personal picó educado y todo muy desvencijado
La comida y la habitación.
Si hay que poner un pero son los cócteles del bar piscina que son de máquina. Son muy malos.

Balkonstühle aus Plastik sind leider ohne entsprechende Unterlage etwas ungemütlich.
El personal del hotel y el estado del mismo, aunque su distribución sea un poco liosa.
El spa me decepcionó mucho. Eso no es un spa, es una piscina con agua caliente y 5 chorros de agua, para 5 personas.
El buffet muy escasa oferta para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
El buffet increible. Nos gusto mucho, tanto desayuno como cena
La habitación estaba demasiado alejada de resto instalaciones, y aunque en principio eso nos gustó, tardábamos mucho en llegar ya que los ascensores eran lentos y mal conectados
Ubicación, habitación y zonas comunes (terraza, bar, piscina...)
El buffet, con respecto al año anterior un gran bajón en la calidad y variedad de comida.
La vista al mar !!
El nivel de la cocina. !!Por ser **** la comida no era buena!!
