All round excellent hotel and will definitely return. The hotel is beautiful and spotless clean in all areas, food is delicious and always plenty of choice. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, really can't do enough for you. Full timetable of daily activities but no pressure to join in. Evening entertainment varied and all great, caters for all ages. No rush for sunbeds, relaxing and chilled. Amazing hotel and fabulous stay.
4th time visiting this hotel on a 9 day all inclusive privilege package. Thanks to all staff for their professionalism and kindness for a fabulous stay. They are a credit to the hotel.
We had access to all the a la carte restaurants which were amazing.
Special thanks to the staff in the buffet restaurant in particular the chefs who made the most amazing desserts for my gluten intolerant husband. They were truly exquisite.
We hope to return in the future.
Everything was just perfect, very peaceful by the pool (but still things going on that you could join if you wanted to)! excellent food & different food every day! All staff were wonderful, polite and helpful, fabulous atmosphere! the weather was amazing & super hot and sunny 🌞 you could swap your pool towels daily for fresh ones, your room was cleaned daily with fresh towels put out for you & beds made. A total 10 out of 10, so much so we’re coming back next year!! 🥰
Pool areas were fabulous, lots of options for sun loungers and pool areas. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent with varied choices for all meals each day.
The evening shows were mixed with some better quality than other
TripAdvisor Review: H10 Meloneras Horizons– Simply Outstanding!
What a fantastic stay! The H10 Meloneras is one of those rare hotels that keeps surprising you in the best possible way. Its multi level design, with steps, terraces and lifts, makes exploring the resort genuinely exciting even for us in our 70s. We were still discovering new corners on our final day, which added a real sense of fun to the whole experience.
As H10 Club members for over 20 years, we’ve watched the brand grow, but the Horizons experience is something else entirely. It feels like a major leap forward a new level of comfort, service and attention to detail.
Service That Truly Shines: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like treasured guests. Every single person we met, no matter their role, was warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and professionalism are what elevate this hotel from excellent to exceptional.
Dining: A Joy From Start to Finish We chose the Privilege half board option, and it was absolutely worth it. It includes: 1) Access to all gourmet restaurants. 2) A private bar with complimentary branded drinks. 3) Luxury loungers (spotlessly clean and sensibly managed no early towel dropping!) And Lots of thoughtful extras that make you feel truly looked after
The hotel itself is immaculate genuinely pristine.
The Gaudí restaurant was the star of the show. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. On some evenings, it felt close to a Michelin experience. Marta and her team were outstanding. We also enjoyed a made to order breakfast there every morning a wonderful treat. In the Italian restaurant, I had one of the best Spaghetti Carbonara I’ve ever tasted. The Brasserie offered a relaxed, lively atmosphere with great food and fun, engaging staff. And Sakura, the Japanese restaurant, was so good (complete with flames and theatre) that we went twice.
Management were ever present but discreet, ensuring everything ran smoothly. By the end of our stay, we didn’t just feel like guests we felt like friends. That warmth is a big part of why we’ll be returning, hopefully later this year.
There’s a full programme of daytime and evening entertainment, including options for children. Live music at the outdoor bar creates a lovely atmosphere in the evening, and the main shows in the auditorium begin at 10pm. A gentle stroll along the promenade behind the hotel takes you to the bars and entertainment of Maspalomas.
One thought, the internet can be slow but honestly, it encouraged us to switch off, slow down and enjoy the moment. Not the worst thing on holiday.
Just go. You’ll love every moment. The website gives you a taste, but the real experience is even better.
Beautiful rooms
Lovely personal check in experience
Food was varied and plentiful, drinks were good and all staff were lovely and friendly
The building is stunning and super clean
We were vaccinated for 1 Al a Carte when here for 6 days, the Japanese restaurant and experience were fab
We enjoyed the evening shows and super friendly bar service
The infinity pool area was so peaceful and pretty
Lovely coastal walk to Maspalomas and the Sand Dunes
I just wish we had been told and knew that the All Inclusive finished 12pm on our last day, as we were not being picked up until circa 7:30-8:00 Reception said they will make this known for future guests
I wish we had longer here
Nos gustó todo, nos atendieron muy bien
Nada
Absolutamente todo
Me gustó TODO
My wife and I had another amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. We always book a Privilege room as we love the eating at all the restaurants and the private lounge and sun bed areas. As always the food at all the restaurants are amazing our favourites being the Gaudi for breakfast and the brasserie but they are all great. The hotel has such a lovely chilled atmosphere and even though it was 90% full there are always loads of sunbeds available even if you go down later in the morning. They have done so many improvements over the last few years, upgrading all the rooms and opening two new al a carte restaurants, Sakura the teppanyaki and Il Trastevere Italian which are both a great addition. All these things are great but as always the thing for us that makes our stays so special are all the amazing staff who are all so friendly from cleaners to management always greet you with a smile. Special thanks to Kathleen at guest relations, Marta and her team at the Gaudi who is so lovely to us also Africa and her team at the brasserie restaurant who always makes us feel special. We genuinely feel sad when we leave but am already looking forward to our next visit.
Great all inclusive and service, particularly good at Gaudi restaurant and certain staff in Lobby bar very impressive. However, no welcome drink on arrival despite booking a Privilege suite. WiFi in room was slow and unreliable. Rewards loyalty scheme seems to be managed within accounts/IT rather than the marketing department.
Dinner at Gaudi and Sakura both excellent. Best looking bar, Naturalia, only had one person serving but restaurant next door was a great option for lunch, lovely terrace.
Friendly and clean. Drinks excellent. Food great
Nothing
Lovely hotel , ideal location, staff wonderfully helpful, friendly and polite in every respect, large selection of food choices , usually at least three meat and two fish , also good salad choices and starters , various dessert offerings including fresh fruit and crepes . Evening entertainment, including a fabulous Queen tribute band .
Three good pools including a marvellous infinity pool that was in sun all day .
Most enjoyable ten days (our second visit) , will look forward to our next visit for sure, staff made the holiday even more relaxing, thank you .
A quiet place for people who don't like loud animation and noise.
