We have just enjoyed a lovely 10 day break. The location is amazing right on the sea front and a few lovely shops and eateries on hand if you fancy a night away from the hotel. There is a sea salt water park literally a couple of minutes walk away which is only €7PP. There was always beds with no bed wars and i must admit the lifeguard was amazing at his job and keeping everybody safe. It’s worth noting though before you go that you can’t take any lilos or balls in the larger pool and these are restricted to the shallower pool. The entertainment staff were amazing and really looking after me when i found out my step father had passed away whilst we were away. Very, kind and thoughtful of them. All the bar staff work so hard as do all the staff to be honest! We arrived to a banner on our door with happy anniversary and a nice complimentary drink which i thought was a lovely touch. The food for us was okay and there was lots of choice with even bloody marys or prosecco in the breakfast sitting! However, we’re used to staying in resorts where i find there are more restaurants and more varied foods so that aspect was just different for us. Rooms were spotless!!! As a family used to going to resorts we personally wouldn’t go back again but i would highly recommend it to families that like just an all inclusive hotel though!

Lo que mas me gustó sin duda fue el personal. Todos fueron súper amables, desde las chicas de recepción, los camareros del bufette y del resto de estancias, los animadores, el personal de lumpieza...
Gracias por tratarnos tan bien. La habitación aunque antigua, muy confortable y cómoda. Y el buffette abundante y variado.
El horario de la comida debería ser mas extenso.

Lo peor la comida del buffet, bastante poca variedad y muy mala calidad, la del bar piscina más de lo mismo.

Excellent family hotel experience. Staff were very friendly, hotel was very clean, wide selection of food and drink available, british t.v. channels in room. The entertainment and bar staff helped create a brilliant atmosphere - fun for adults and children. Watching World Cup matches in the bar was great fun.
All inclusive package was great value. The rooms were large and had a great sea view. Local area was nice. Siam park was great (fast pass essential). I would definitely recommend.

No es normal que no puedan ofrecer plazas de parking para todas las habitaciones, solo disponen de 40 plazas para 300 habitaciones…. Misión imposible!!
|A good hotel with excellent staff that were always friendly. The room was kept clean to a high standard. It is located on the sea front on the flat in a great position with a relaxed feel about it. The drinks were of a good quality as well as the food with plenty of choice. Would definitely return.

Lovel hotel nice staff and really good entertainment, Reception staff particularly good.
Food really good there are two other restaurants, Italian and Mediteranian.

The hotel was in an excellent position and the staff food and room was excellent
Visited in June 2026 with my mum. Everything about this holiday was amazing, never had to worry about finding a sunbed around the pool and food options everynight were different and never lacking in variety or amount of food. Eri, Blue and Maria were amazing every day and night on the entertainment side of things and were always a joy to see around the hotel. Will 100% be coming back.
