Still, the hotel is very nice for that price:
1) the rooms are wide and clean, you also have a small fridge there and might ask for a small kettle;
2) the food was also nice, you can find quite fresh and very tasty meat or fish at the grill station, as well as a lot of other stuff (but don't trust "complex" salads at the salad station, this is a curse of all all-inclusive hotels);
3) I especially want to stress that this hotel does not have another common curse of all-inclusive resorts in Spain. Namely, the coffee at the breakfast was quite tasty (usually in such Hotels it's very watery and awful in taste);
4) the view! You MUST take the room with the view to the ocean to fully feel the spirit of Tenerife. That's really worth it;
5) you can find a lot of facilities in a close proximity to the hotel, so the position is quite favorable;
6) although the beach is not appropriate for swimming, you can easily surf there, and the surf school is 1 minute by walk from the hotel;
7) the staff was friendly and helpful;
Overall, it's a decent and nice hotel for the demanded price.
We went to Tenerife for 7 days and took the all-inclusive rest in Bahia. Compared to the prices of the other hotels for nominally the same offers, the price of this hotel is extremely tasty. Of course you should expect some drawbacks to pay off that reduced price. Anyway, there are some notes:
1) although the foyer looks very fancy, the rooms are a bit old and require renovation;
2) of course don't expect a high quality of spirits for all-inclusive cocktails from the bar. It's decent but not the tastiest. Instead, you can take light alcoholic drinks (wine or sangria or whatever) that are of a better taste and quality;
3) Wi-Fi is not completely free! There is a free connection but it's extremely slow and unstable, and the "premium" one costs about 5 euros per day for 5 devices (a bit less if you take more days). The problem is that within our stay, it was not working (the network was being renewed at that time);
4) Parking is also not free, it costs 10 euros per day;
5) the beach next to the hotel is very rocky and quite frequently with the red flag on it (due to a strong wind). So do not expect to be able to swim there;

Tutto, dalla posizione al personale. Trattamento perfetto. Ci hanno anche piacevolmente sorpreso per il compleanno.
Solo un elemento dello staff è stato un po' scortese durante una colazione e a causa di un guasto abbiamo avuto per due notti l'aria condizionata non funzionante. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito un ventilatore per compensare il disagio. Guasto riparato entro due giorni.
Comida y trato del personal. Moisés fue excelente. Goretti muy amable.

Estuvo casi todo muy bien, el personal genial el hotel muy bien...
No nos gustó nada de nada la invitación al restaurante a la carta que nos ofreció el hotel, no había comida sin gluten...a pesar de haberlo comunicado desde el primer día de llegada y las alternativas que había ninguna fue de nuestro agrado, estuvo muchísimo mejor la comida del buffet del hotel que esa cena.
Sinceramante el hotel no cumplió mis expectativas. Las estrellas no corresponden con la experiencia real que pueda tener el cliente en ese lugar.
No encontré material de aseo en el baño, ningún indicativo de bienvenida, la luz de la habitación era pobre. Las toallas eran bastante viejas para ser ofrecidas al cliente (sentí asco ). Además de ello, el baño no tenía puerta, olía mal y no había ningún indicativo sanitario de haber sido limpiado anteriormente. En mi opinión, le sobran las estrellas a este hotel. No creo que vuelva más.

En el comedor para algunos clientes se notaba que tenían mesas reservadas para ellos.

Entertanment team are awesome full on and enthusiastic
Bar staff work hard too in the evenings they take your drink order at your seats and bring them to you
During the day cups are frequently collected by staff so no wasps
Hotel overall is very clean
Rooms have TV fridge large wardrobe comfy beds a safe and air-conditioning
No noise after 12
The kids are catered for with a kids club and two smaller pools which the balls and inflatables are only allowed in not in main pool
The small town area is a 15minute walk with supermarket and souvenir shops
The views from the hotel across the sea and to the mountain are spectacular
I would definitely return for another chilled week

Tout est payant !! Malgré un forfait 1/2 pension nous n avions eu droit à aucune boisson au repas pas même de l eau en carafe!!

Que no se regule el hecho de que la gente coloque las toallas en las tumbonas de la piscina y se vaya. Era un poco vergonzoso ver cómo gente que lo hacíamos bien apenas teníamos sitio mientras había cantidades de tumbonas ocupadas con toallas y muy poca gente en el agua (cosa que hace pensar que esa gente ocupaba el lugar y se iba a desayunar, a la playa, de compras, etc.). Deberían de tener esto más en cuenta.
Ambiente y ubicación
Ofrecer parking sin reservar y luego no tienen plazas.
Eso está bastante mal porque en la zona hay parking de pago y muy caro.
