Pros:

J'ai tout aimé c'était super. chambre confortable, personnel adorable, grandes piscines, peu de monde en juin. Je suis allergique au gluten et je pensais ne pas avoir beaucoup de choix, et au final un responsable de salle m'a accompagné tous les soirs pour me dire ce que je pouvais manger et franchement il y avait du choix. J'ai même eu droit à une part de gâteau sans gluten

Luxe verblijf voor een zeer goede prijs.
Pros:

Het ontbijt en avondeten was erg goed. Zicht op de zee was ook fantastisch.

Looking forward to our next trip back.
Pros:

3rd year back with my 80 year old Mother-in-Law everything as always perfect. She has a lot of food allergies the restaurant staff are brilliant and so helpful and friendly.

А загалом чудовий готель для відпочинку, особливо порадувала різноманітна кухня
Pros:

Розташування, інтерʼєр, чудовий персонал, гарний басейн, просто чудова кухня

Cons:

Здивувало, що вечері без напоїв… лише вода з автомату, за сік наприклад довелося платити… це була не проблема, але не було вказано при бронюванні чи на вже на стійці реєстрації

Le restaurant Café de Paris. Nous avions commandé des gambas, ils nous ont servi du homard dans des grandes coquilles sans rien nous dire. Nous avons refusé de payer l'addition dont le montant était le double en expliquant que nous ne savions pas que c'était du homard car c'était de la chair de homard dans une coquille et que nous n'avions pas commandé ce plat. Le responsable de cet établissement a appelé la police qui nous a répondu après 2 minutes que nous devions payer. C'est honteux. Ve sont des voleurs

Schönes Hotel, grauenhaftes Essen.
Pros:

Zimmer waren schön und ordentlich und wir hatten Meerblick.

Cons:

Das Essen war nicht gut. Ich war schon in mehreren H10 Hotels, und das war sowohl beim Abendessen wie auch beim Frühstück das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel.
Von Halbpension kann ich hier nur abraten.

disappointed!
Pros:

Rooms were very small and dingy.. the air conditioning in the restaurant was so cold you couldn't enjoy your food.. we were billed for food and drinks that we didn't order.. you cannot smoke on your own balcony which I have never known in using H10 Hotels for 10 years.. would never book this Hotel again.. the only positive was the 2 coffee bars and the staff in there were lovely!

Adequate (certain front desk staff don’t like questions, it’s their way or the highway )
Pros:

The atmosphere by the customers was excellent, the pool and entertainment was good. But big issues with attitude of certain front desk staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning issues across multiple rooms.
Some staff that were customer facing could not speak any English so was difficult to understand what they were communicating to us.

Some staff were not customer friendly, some were.

Food quality is not good to be honest , it’s like adequate .

The staff in restaurants were excellent. But some reception staff appear to have a ‘ I don’t care this is how things work around here ‘ attitude.

The area really isn’t for family I would suggest the h10 closer to golden mile for more family orientated experience.

Overall my experience would have been better if the staff went a little beyond their own unwritten rules (if you can understand what they were).

We attended for 11 days all inclusive and would not consider coming back to this specific hotel due to the above.

Pools were lovely - everything else...character building!
Pros:

The hotel itself was pleasant enough, but our room seemed to have been given the “scenic view of noisy air-con units” upgrade, along with a soundtrack from the nearby bar whether we wanted it or not. Bathroom privacy was… optimistic at best, thanks to a frosted glass door that didn’t quite believe in closing properly. On half-board, we quickly learned that “dinner included” doesn’t extend to drinks (or even water), which was a surprise at the table. We only watched the entertainment once, which was reminiscent of my kids primary school show! The pools were a real highlight - nicely kept and the right temperature - while the buffet was standard hotel fare; nothing fancy, but you won’t go hungry. The beach, however, looked more like a concrete concept than a relaxing seaside spot. On a less amusing note, being offered drugs right outside the hotel on our first night wasn’t exactly part of the brochure. Despite all that, we still had a good time thanks to meeting friends further along the coast towards Los Cristianos.
