Cons:

ベットを動かしたら下からリップや靴下の忘れ物がふたつほど出てきて掃除機をかけてもらいました。すぐ対応してくれました
その一点だけ気になりました！
他はめっちゃ良かったです！

Pros:

値段に対しお得感が大変高かったです。部屋が広く、必要なものが揃っていました。フロントと駐車場のスタッフさんも親切でした。チェックイン時、預けていた荷物を何も言わないのに、また、預けた時とは別の方なのにデスクの方とは別に控えていたスタッフさんが持ってきてくださったのは素晴らしいと思いました。たまたま居合わせただけなのかもしれませんが、それでも連携が良いです。

コスパサイコー
Pros:

浴槽とシャワールームが別に設置されていたので、湯船に張ったお湯を抜く事なく、シャワールームを使えて家で過ごすように時間も短縮できて夫婦で快適に過ごせました

위치.조식 무료 업그레이드 까지 너무나 만족합니다!
Pros:

여행 동선상 첫날과 셋째날 묶게 되었습니다. 일정을 마치고 셋째날 오후 10시 넘어 체크인을 했는데
제가 예약한 스탠다드룸이 만실이 되어서 예약한방 2개를 스위트룸으로 업그레이드 해주셨어요
객실에 맞게 예약을 받았으면 방이 맞게 있어야 되는게 아닌가? 싶었지만 무료 업그레이드라 기분 좋게 숙박 했습니다
첫날 묵었던 스탠다드룸과는 방크기며 화장실등 비교할수 없을 만큼 좋았습니다.
다시 삿포로에 가게된다면 재 방문 하고 싶습니다

Pros:

Die Lage zum Park und die Empfangshalle.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und vor allem Badezimmer waren nicht sauber, überall war Schimmel zu sehen. Am Wasserhahn und Duschkopf waren außerdem Kalkablagerungen und die Duschwand wies zahlreiche Schlieren auf.

Außerdem roch es überall nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher-Hotel sein sollte.

う〜ん！？
Pros:

事前に翌日に椅子を設置していただくことをお願いしてたので、当日に準備されていたこと。
浴室が広くて、ゆっくり出来たこと。

Cons:

チェックイン時、アメニティの案内が無かった。
また、宿泊した部屋の窓ガラスにヒビがはいってたことの周知が無かった。
