Rooms are very noisy.
Breakfast was chaos.

El desayuno. Muy pobre aunque dice que es buffet. No tiene de nada. Luego una carta que es carísima. 2 expresos 24€.

Servizio davvero PESSIMO! A partire dal front desk: siamo arrivati e non funzionava la ventilazione in bagno, ci hanno detto o che avrebbero mandato qualcuno o che ci avrebbero cambiato stanza il giorno dopo perché avevano tutto pieno, e non hanno fatto nessuna delle due. La colazione è stata un’esperienza veramente terribile: un cameriere per tutte le persone dell’hotel, ieri abbiamo dovuto fare una fila di 20 minuti prima di sederci e in più quando ti siedi a qualsiasi domanda fai ti rispondono male, velocemente, e soprattutto non soddisfano nemmeno le richieste più basilari come un bicchiere di latte caldo!
In più quando siamo arrivati al desk hanno provato a dire un costo più alto del parcheggio rispetto a quello scritto sulla prenotazione e , sulla camera da 4 con colazione inclusa, secondo loro la colazione era solo per due persone!
Veramente un hotel male organizzato e poco attrezzato!
Esperienza pessima, peccato per la posizione strategica, ma sicuramente non lo consiglio.
Meglio farsi un quarto d’ora di auto in più e dormire altrove!

Når det står med morgenmad forventer man det er for alle gæster. Det var det ikke. Kun to voksne og børn under 12. vores børn er over 12. vi skulke give 20 dollar folket ekstra pr person for en elendig morgenmad. Ingen æg, kun Cereal og brød. Alle andre steder har morgenmad været for alle. Og 50 dollar ekstra pr nat for parkering og man kan ikke holde andre steder. Det skal fremgå tydeligt. Det står der intet om nogen steder. Stor larm fra motorvej uden for.

This hotel is located very close to the freeway. You can hear the cars going by all night. Ice machines are not on every floor. Continental breakfast only included bread, fruit and cereal. Our toilet was overflowing, we asked them if they could come and fix it. We had to leave, we came back 5 hrs later and the toilet hadn’t been fixed. Maintenance came in to fix it, telling us we shouldn’t throw toilet paper into the toilet. Mind you, we got there last night, and the last time we used it was that same day in the morning before it overflowed. The trashcan is also “conveniently” located outside of the bathroom. After three hours of the workers not being able to fix it, they removed the toilet. I went to the front desk and asked them if they could move us. They told us that they were sold out for the night. I had to speak to the manager and thankfully she moved us to a new room. They didn’t think this would be a problem, waiting inside of a room while there is poop and water on the floor. This should’ve been fixed immediately and or give us the option to move sooner, instead of just telling us that they are sold out for the night.

Le coup du parking ainsi que les tentatives de suppléments pour les petits déjeuners des enfants, de + de 12 ans qui étaient pourtant normalement inclus dans la réservation

Les frais de 50$ us pour le stationnement avec un voiturier pas tellement nécessaire. Les voituriers pas super accueillant lorsqu’on prend pas le service… le petit déjeuner manque de diversité

Breakfast is the worst ever possible. Melon + some bakery stuff. If you dont want to eat plain bagel you have to pay extra. Also the furniture seems to be old and the 2inch gap under the front door to your room is crazy. Parking crazy expensive, never going here again!

Wäre schön wenn mehr grün und regular Buildings herum wären. Aber Getty Center Museum ist super!

The valet parking is ridiculous. The hotel has a big backyard parking lot, the guest could easily use it. Useless staff for valet parking and it isnt worth for 50 dollars
The breakfast organization is ridiculous. You wait long queu for have a poor breakfast of some bagel, bread, fast frozen and baked pastry and some fruit. We paid 3 person for the room but get only 2 breakfast free, the third one is 20 bucks. Not worth it at all... Has no breakfast pack if you leave early.

Salle de bain un peu vétuste et petite.

Petit déjeuner continental un peu simple comparé à un 4* standard.

Bruit notable avec la highway juste en face.

Accord entre booking.com et l'hôtel pas clair (supplément non prévu petot dej pour famille de 4 enfants, prix parking obsolète...).
